könntest du mir bitte kurz bestätigen das mit der Bestellung alles gut ist, die Teile alle auf Lager waren und reserviert sind. Hab kein Problem ein bißchen länger zu warten aufgrund der aktuellen Lage, will nur wissen das alles safe ist.

Hallo Tomi,

es lohnt sich, bei Expresspaketen immer noch bis so 21:00 Uhr zu warten, weil dann die letzte Abholung erfolgt ist und die automatischen Versandbestätigungen verschickt werden. DHL Express wird das Paket allerdings erst am Dienstag mitnehmen können, weil deren Kapazitäten heute nicht mehr ausgereicht hatten.

Wie gesagt ist nicht schlimm das ich bißchen länger warten muss. Bin froh endlich meine Wunsch 3080 bekommen zu haben.

Hello Caseking Mike, I ordered 3080 on december 24 i choosed to pay via bank, but not payed at the moment but now i want to pay via paypal but i cannot see order in my account my order is 1915350 maybe you can help me i tried to call to hotline but doesnt answer

We are currently deliberately only enabling orders for RTX 3080 cards when we actually received some stock to sell in order to keep the amount of orders coming at a minimum. You ordered in such a small time window. However, you did choose advance payment via bank transfer as a very slow payment method which is why no SKU was reserved for you so far since your payment did not arrive yet or has not yet been booked. A SEPA EU bank transfer usually takes around two business days and due to public holidays and vacation time the banks involved as well as our bookkeeping department may also need more time than that right now. Once your payment arrives, which might be on Wednesday, you'll receive a slot in the queue and then you'll get a card once the next shipment arrives since they're sold out at this point in time.

Yes, you should receive an automatic status update via e-mail. I can confirm already that your payment has arrived now AND that we did reserve a card for you already!

Shipping preparation (picking) currently takes 5 to 7 business days (Mo - Fr, excluding the day of ordering) due to the heavy workload. I would like to ask you for some patience in advance. We are sorry that it currently takes so long and we're doing what we can.

This is the current situation:

The German government has enacted a new partial lockdown in November and we, as a provider of IT hardware, are hard-pressed to fulfil orders for home office equipment along with a very large number of newly released gaming products (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3000, AMD Ryzen 5000, AMD Radeon RX 6000). However, due to the unfortunately dismal stock availability, we also have to process large quantities of order changes, cancellations, availability requests and complaints. Moreover, 2020 is simply not a normal year and it's Christmas time which along with our King Deals offers increased the workload further. On a totally regular Monday before the launch of the AMD Ryzen 5000 we received more orders than in 2019 on the so-called "Black Friday"! There are simply many more people at home and there is an extreme shift in consumption towards consumer electronics due to the corona pandemic. In addition to that the whole country went into full lockdown mode in December which increased our safety measures even further while decreasing our picking speed further. :/
