Grundsätzlich sind alle LGA1155 Sandy-Bridge CPUs kompatibel zum ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe. Wer jedoch seinen Prozzi möglichst weit übertakten möchte,
der kommt an einem Modell mit dem Zusatz "K" im Namen nicht vorbei. Denn auschliesslich diese lassen einen höheren "Turbomulti" zu. Modelle ohne "K"
besitzen einen festen maximalen "Turbomulti" und sind daher für OC ungeeignet, da der Referenztakt nur von 100MHz auf maximal 105-110MHz
erhöht werden kann (kommt sonst zu Instabilitäten!).

Habe zwar "nur" ein P8Z77-M Pro, werde aber vielleicht auch "mitspielen" dürfen :wink:
 
Kontrolliert das Board auch 3pin Lüfter per Voltage am CPU und nicht nur PWM?

Muss die Fan Xpert 2 Software stets im Hintergrund laufen oder schreibt diese Änderungen hardwarebasiert ins BIOS/UEFI?

Mal ne Frage. Ich wollte drei HDD's anschließen. zwei SSD's (Corsair 120 GB mit SATA III und Corsair 240 GB mit SATA III ) und eine Barracuda mit SATA III. Ist es ok wenn ich (ohne Raid nutzen zu können / wollen) die zwei SSD's ( 128er ist Boot Disk ) an den Marvell hänge und die Barracuda an einen der weiteren SATA II Controller? Oder gibts Probleme mit dem Marvell und den SSD's bzw. kann man den nur als Raid konfigurieren. Ich habe diesbezüglich leider zu wenig Ahnung.

Das klingt doch schon einmal sehr gut.

Was sind eure Erfahrungen mit ASUS' Fansteuerung? Ich habe eine Zalman ZM-MFC1 Plus, die ich in mein neues Setup mitnehmen kann. Wenn das Mobo das allerdings (ggf. sogar besser?) für mich übernehmen kann, spare ich mir einen Haufen Kabelsalat im Gehäuse. Anhand welcher Werte wird geregelt? CPU-Last? Gehäusetemp?
Was steckt hinter den "Fan-Profles", die man oben auf den UEFI-Screenshot sehen kann?
 
Das beantwortet nur meine Frage nicht wirklich. ;)
Denn je nachdem, wie sich die Steuerung verhält (Fan-Profles) und wonach sie regelt, kann das ja besser oder schlechter sein, als sich manuell darum zu kümmern. Deswegen ja die detaillierte Frage. :)

also ich kann dir nur sagen das ich bis jetzt immer auf die uefi steuerung gesetzt habe und die mich nie im stich gelassen hatte
dies ist aber subjektiv

probiers doch einfach aus was dir besser "liegt"
 
kann mal einer von euch schauen der das board hat und overclocked was im bios als max multi angezeigt wird
 
Willst du das P8Z77 M Pro nicht auch aufnehmen? Wird sicherlich beliebt werden ;)
 
Was sind denn eigentlich die Unterschiede zwischen dem ASUS P8Z77-V und dem ASUS P8Z77-V Pro? Mir fällt da nichts so großartig auf...
 
Also bei mir steht folgendes:

was aber nicht stimmt da die CPU mit 40er Multi läuft... Manuell kann ich 63er Multi einstellen.

Ganz banale Frage, sind die release BIOS/UEFI schon Ivy ready? Erinnere mich an vergangene Zeiten, in denen man einen Sempron kaufen musste, um auf ein neues BIOS zu flashen, dass die höher klassigen CPU's akzeptiert ;)
 
Am CPU Fan keine Regelung von 3pin Lüftern? Mit welcher Begründung?

Kann ich meinen CPU Lüfter an einem anderen Anschluss anschließen oder meckert er dann jedes Mal, dass er keinen CPU Lüfter findet und verweigert aus Sicherheitsgründen den Start?

ist bei asus schon lange so 3pin lüfter waren zuletzt im sockel 775 regelbar

Ich habe hier vor eine paar Tagen (15.4.12) mal das Bios 1050 (fürs Deluxe) heruntergeladen. Ist das neuer als das Bios 1009?
 
Ok.
Aber bis ich mein Deluxe mit einem i7-3770k in Betrieb nehme gibts sicher wieder ein neueres BIOS. :fresse:
 
das 1009 wird zu 99% auf dem asus ftp landen,wobei ich heute einen bios bug gefunden habe mit dem 1009
der cpu multi wird als 35 max angezeigt sollte aber richtigerweise 63 sein
