@snakeeyes Slopes are needed to get it fully stable. The auto slopes were good but not enough. It is also important to set correct VDIMM/VREF and ODTs.

SP rating is only possible on ASUS Z490 motherboards. If you don't have ASUS board, idle VID is another option. Set all cores to 5GHZ and disable all power saving options in BIOS including C-states. Any chip with 1.20v idle or below should perform very good. As you can see in my screenshots...

@snakeeyes I disabled that option. CPU still downclocks to 4.9GHz when testing RAM. Prime95 Non-AVX and AVX is solid 5.2GHz through the test. @BigHilo AVX offset is set to 0 in BIOS.

I can’t find a Windows setting in BIOS. Where could it be? Cores are locked at 52 and everything inside Internal CPU Power Management is max out. C-States, SpeedStep and Speed shift all disabled.

My CPU downclocks to 4.9GHz when testing only memory (RAMtest, TM5). I've set everything max on BIOS. Games and CPU tests it runs 5.2GHz steady. I've tried 0707, 0804, 0901 and the newest 1002. Same problem. What could it be?
