Thank you. Yes, they boot 4500 16-17-17-32 1.55v DRAM IO/SA 1.30v but had to change ODTs to 80/40/34 and DLLBwEn to 0. I'm not sure if I can get them stable at this voltage. They may get too warm and show errors. No water-cooling on RAM.

Hi, I fixed the issue. Change MRC Boot from disabled to auto and no more (55 code), MCH full check is still enable. ODTs to 80/40/40 and DLLBwEn to 2 seems to work for me

Does the direct die frame works well with the Heatkiller IV Pro copper nickel-plated and Z490 APEX? Just want make sure before ordering a direct die frame. Thank you

I’ve tested around 10x 10900K with prime95 small ffts non-AVX. Half were SP63, 2x SP70+ and 2 SP80+. All of them were able to pass 5.2GHz 1.261-1.288v underload except one SP63 that needed 1.252v for 5.1GHz (really bad). SP76 and SP83 were a little bit better passing prime95 at 1.225v-1.243v and...

In my experience, 1T is easier on the Z490 platform. 9900K/Z390 would only boot 4400MHz 1T. Z490 would boot 4700MHz 1T with the same sticks (Mode 2 in both).

Someone tested a 10850K and it needed 1.252v (Die sense) underload to pass CB R20 at 5GHz all cores.

5GHz with 4400CL17 RAM OC only needs 0.009v more (1.101v) to pass custom prime95. I posted a screenshot a few days ago. Wheas can be easily removed with lower temps :)
