    Samsung D-die preliminary results on Unify-X M323R2GA3DB0-CWM 7000 not stable, D-die can boot higher freq than B-die and with lower voltage, but tRCD is super bad. Problem with booting low CL on MSI Unify-X, EVGA Dark. probably bios not optimized, D-die does not exist in any QVL on Asus Z690...

    Samsung B-die doesn't like high voltage, gets unstable after ~48°C SPD temperature with freezemod radiators Best case to use them with custom heatsinks + direct airflow and under 1.41v With 1.40v M323R2GA3BB0-CQK 52/2021 can do 6600c32 or 6800c36. cl34 doesnt work
