You need to check both DDR Bios section: 1. Tweaker/Dram Timings /Procesor ODT Page/CPU On-Die Termination(ODT) 2. Advanced/Amd Overclocking/DDR Timings

That's happening coz maybe you have Expo enabled in Ai tuner, doesn't matter if your timings are manually inputs. If you run EXpo Profile enabled, that's will run Gear Enable by default, you need manually timings inputs & AI Tuner to Manual like ADR_CMD BUF to work, i daubt you can run 8200...
