Have you tried flashing the 216w asus dual firmware, this is 8 phase were the bios u tried was a 10 phase ,i know the ventus is 6 phase but i have seen mine hit 204watts, might be worth a try as that has the same 8pin connector :) , I haven't tried on mine but i am pretty much in top position...
