I received a Corsair K70 RGB keyboard in working condition... Or at least it seemed so. It didn't turn on RGB the first time and I thought it needed more current, so I connected it to usb3.0, although the plugs are 2.0...
I thought that a thorough cleaning would free her from this behavior. I did the cleaning with a hair brush and cotton buds with isopropyl alcohol.
The outcome?
Disastrous...
The keyboard started not being seen by the computer, not even in the BIOS.
I called the Corsair service, they sent me a "special" firmware, rather strictly for my version, but I didn't solve the problem either. And then nobody said anything...
Now she is dead for good.
What solution do you recommend?
Thank You
