Gelöschte Dateien auf QNAP TS453mini wiederherstellen - benötige Hilfe

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein Problem. Folgende Situation: Es läuft bei mir ein T453mini mit 4x WD60EFRX im RAID5-Verbund. Heute wollte ich einen Ordner mit Dateien auf eine per USB angeschlossene externe Festplatte verschieben (direkt im Filemanager mit Ausschneiden/Einfügen). Aus einem mir nicht erklärbaren Grund hat die Platte während des Vorgangs die Verbindung verloren. Die Folge ist nun, dass - anders als ich das von Windows kenne - nicht nur die bereits verschobenen Dateien auf dem NAS-Laufwerk fehlen, sondern der gesamte Ordner. Da es sich um ganz frisch aufgespielte Fotos einer Veranstaltung handelt, die noch nicht einmal für mich waren, gibt es davon auch kein Backup.

Wie komme ich wieder an die Dateien heran? Recovery-Programme unter Windows können allesamt keine Netzlaufwerke bearbeiten. Und eine Recovery-App für das NAS habe ich nicht gefunden. Das einzige, was ich gefunden habe, ist diese Anleitung: [Howto]: RAID/Disaster recovery & undelete

Damit kann ich allerdings überhaupt nichts anfangen, da ich keine Linux-Kenntnisse habe. Wenn ich versuche, das nach Anleitung zu machen, scheitere ich schon beim ersten Schritt, weil ich nicht weiß, was ich hiermit anfangen soll:

Die Fotos waren im Verzeichnis "Multimedia", mehr kann ich dazu auch nicht sagen.

Ich wäre wirklich sehr dankbar, wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen könnte.

Du hast über den Samba Share verschoben? Dann ist die Chance ziemlich groß, dass die Daten noch im @RECYLE Ordner liegen.

Samba Share sagt mir leider nichts. Ich habe über den FileManager auf der Browser-Oberfläche verschoben. Im Recycle-Order befindet sich leider nichts, da hatte ich zuerst nachgesehen.
