Heatpipes im notebook

wo kann man günstig an heatpipes kommen?
und kann man diese biegen (ca 45°)

hab mir da ne kühllösung überlegt, die ich gern mal testen will

naja die üblichen verdächtigen reichelt und conrad kenn ich :P
dacht, da gibts nen geheimtipp. könnt auch gewerblich beestellen.

brauch ne bastellösung hierfür:

bild in orginalgröße 3,7mb

anstatt/ dem kühlblech wollt ich was anderes basteln, was dann im bereich lüfter endet. der lüfter kommt natürlich weg und schafft platz für kühlprofil.

das ganze notebook verbraucht laut tool nhc 15W ich gehe mal eher von 20W aus.

glaub nicht das da einfach ist mit einer heatpipe...

du musst die heatpipe flach kriegen, und du musst sie biegen.
(wobei man erst biegen, und dann flach pressen sollte)

es gibt aber flache Heatpipes.....die sind dann ganz breit wie nen Flachbandkabel.....auf den Lüfter würde ich aber nicht ganz verzichten....das gehäuse heizt sich sonst ganz stark auf, weil ein Luftstrom schwer in Gang kommt

Flat heat pipes

Thin planar heat pipes (heat spreaders) have the same primary components as tubular heat pipes. These components are a hermetically sealed hollow vessel, a working fluid, and a closed-loop capillary recirculation system.

Compared to a one-dimensional tubular heat pipe, the width of a two-dimensional heat pipe allows an adequate cross section for heat flow even with a very thin device. These thin planar heat pipes are finding their way into “height sensitive” applications, such as notebook computers, and surface mount circuit board cores. It is possible to produce flat heat pipes as thin as 0.5 mm (thinner than a credit card).

Ich habe mir bei meinem Notebook (siehe Sig) den kühler auch mit so flachen Heatpipes selbst gebaut. Die habe ich damals aus einem Accelero X1 rausgelötet, sind 3 Stück drin und so billig kommst du niemals an die Teile. Allerdings wird es sehr schwer, die flachen Dinger zu biegen; weiß nicht, ob das geht.
