MS Office muss beendet werden?

Hallo,

ich habe seit 2 Tagen, das Problem, dass ich keine MS Office Anwendung mehr starten kann. Sofort beim Starten kommt die Meldung, dass die Anwendung beendet werden musste.
Bei Excel kommt die Meldung ungenügend Speicher, was aber kein Sinn macht.

Bisher habe ich folgendes gemacht bzw kurze Info´s
-MacBook Alu Unibody mit 2,4ghz und 4GB Ram
-alle Updates von Apple sind installiert
-Office habe ich nun manuell über den Updater geupdatet und ist nun auf version 12.1.7, also die neueste

Selbst nach diesen Updates tritt der Fehler immernoch auf und ich weiß nun nicht mehr woran es liegt.

Vielleicht könnt ihr mir ja noch weiterhelfen.

ist ein microsoft produkt was erwartest du?

ne aber mal ernst zum thema. gibt es irgendwo eine config datei die du löschen kannst? vielleicht liegt in der der fehler.

hast du in der zeit davor irgendwas besonderes installiert? hast du mal einen neustart gemacht? ;-)
ansonsten hast du mal versucht mit der cd einfach über die installation zu installieren um die config dateien alle auf standard zu setzen?
 
Neustarten wurde natürlich schon durchgeführt:)
Installiert wurde in letzter Zeit auch nichts.

Die CD habe ich leider nicht hier, weil die in der anderen Wohnung liegt, aber das werde ich denn nachher mal versuchen.

Hehe, ja das mit dem Neustarten ist bei Mac-Usern manchmal so eine Sache für sich! ;)

Sehr gut, dass du das ansprichst denn kann ich gleich mal meine andere Fragen mit anbringen.

Kann ich mein Macbook (das letzte weiße) was es gab auch dauerhaft im Schlafmodus lassen oder bringt das auf Dauer negative Dinge mit sich?
Soweit ich weiß ist ja bei den neuen aus Alu so ein Schutz extra, der dazu dient, dass es dauerhaft immer wieder in den Schlafmodus gesetzt werden kann und somit nie ausgeschalten werden muss.

Von welchem Schutz redest du? Ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber (fast) alle Macnutzer die ich kenne, fahren ihre Rechner nur sehr selten herunter. Negativ ist natürlich beim schlafmodus, dass etwas akkuleistung verbraucht wird, aber eher gering und zu vernachlässigen!
 
Glaube, da mal soetwas gehört zu haben. Eine Art Erschütterungsschutz, wenn man das Macbook im Schlafmodus transportiert z.b.. Weil hier ist es ja ganz wichtig, dass sich die HDD komplett ausschaltet also der Lesekopf in seine Ausgangsposition zurückfährt.
