My samsung phone is Unable to associate with my Dell printer

I have a Samsung J7 Mobile telephone and I need to interface with my Dell printer to print some pages.when I attempting to inquiry Dell printer Bluetooth then it demonstrates a mistake "no Bluetooth gadgets is active".I reached to Dell Support Customer Care to discover an answer, they instructed me to go to administration place for diagnosis.I would prefer not to go to administration focus, Please give me a helpful recommendation.

i have a similar problem with my phone(Htc)/printer(epson) combo

my sulotion is copy the files on a pc and print it from there

(my english isnt the best i hope its understandable)

Ein DAU ist er in jedem Fall und nur so läuft das mit Android und der Drucker muß natürlich per WLAN oder LAN mit dem Router verbunden sein!

Und da was mit Bluetooth machen zu wollen ist DAU Gesülze pur und das müßte ihm der Dell Support auch erzählt haben...
