Hi luxxers ich weiß im moment nicht ob das hier reingehört aber da ich kein English kann könnte mir einer mal eklären was man mir geschriben hat

All tickets will expire after 7 days from the last response date however if you currently have an RMA number that does not mean your RMA is not being processed
