over 4 weeks of G. Skill RMA?

Hi guys,
Is it normal that my RMA procedure takes about a month? And still no answer? How much more time I will have to wait? Definitely my last purchase of G. Skill. My computer is useless for over 4 weeks.

As for yesterday it was "processing" or something like that. I had send my memory modules for RMA through shop in which i bought them. I will try to get ticket number from them.

So "maybe" I will have that ticket number in few hours because shop in which I bought my parts send RMA throught their wholesaler. Is there any chance to acquire G.Skill ticket number form SN?

Some companys collect items for a certain amount of time before they send them off to minimize the amount of work involved and ultimativly costs. If both the shop and their distribution handle things in that way, the RMA will take way longer* to be processed than a direct RMA with G.SKILL that only takes 5 to 7 days total on average.

Is there any chance to acquire G.Skill ticket number form SN?
I am not a G.SKILL employee, so answering that question is beyond my power. In addition to the link i provided in my last post, you can also try to ask about your kit and if it was processed yet at G.SKILL via telephone or email. See G.SKILL - Contact Us for that.

Yeah, at the moment employee told me about second company that held my RMA request I thought the same as you. I couldn't blame them at first because they confirmed that they send my memory modules the next day. But they didn't told me that it wasn't shipped directly do G.Skill. I will wait for RMA ticket number and see when RMA procedure have started. I will inform you if my accusations were wrong.
I have already emailed them twice. Second email was today in the morning so I hope I will get my answer at least tomorrow.
