Hi,
dies ist ein negativer Erfahrungsbericht über Rockit Cool (Houston/Texas, USA), in deren Online-Shop ich ein Direct Die Kit - Intel 9th Gen für den i9-9900K bestellt und bezahlt hatte (64,74 EUR inkl. Versand). Die Lieferung erfolgte prompt, allerdings des nicht bestellten Copper IHS Kit - Intel 9th Gen. Weder erfolgte ein Austausch noch eine Rückerstattung.
Glück im Unglück: Mit dem Wechsel auf LM sind die CPU-Temps in der Spitze dennoch um 10°C gesunken, Vcore konnte natürlich auch gesenkt werden. Ganz ohne Direct Die Frame.
Immerhin hab ich jetzt einen Kupfer-Heatspreader, den ich mal draufbasteln werde, wenn mir sehr langweilig ist. Morgen versuche ich, das Geld über die Kreditkartengesellschaft zurückzuholen.

today I wanted to install the Direct Die Kit I purchased from your company. After opening it I found that the wrong article had been sent to me. Unfortunately my CPU had already been delid at this moment. I managed to put the heatspreader on again and install the CPU into the computer. For now.
Anyway, I kindly ask you to send me the article I payed for. Please understand that I am not willing to pay for shipping a second time for this was about 30 Euro.
Same applies to sending the wrong article back to you. Please find a way to make me happy without charging me with any further costs. A photo of the wrong article is attached to this mail. I opened the package, then realized the mistake.

Here is what happened:
I ordered a Direct Die Kit - Intel 9th Gen from you and payed for it: $44.99 for the item plus $32.16 shipping = $77.16
I received a Copper IHS Kit - Intel 9th Gen which I had not ordered.
You promised to send me the correct article. Unfortunately this didnt't happen until today.
Today, I am asking you again to send the Direct Die Kit to my registered shipping adress. Additionally, I am asking you to confirm this message until Friday, 07/23/21.
Otherwise I will start a chargeback with my Credit Card Company next week. And I will spread the experience I made with RockitCool all over the forums where I am an active member. These are the big german Computer Forums and a couple of english speaking forums.
Please help me to avoid these actions by keeping your promise. Send me a Direct Die Kit for my 9900K.
