Hi! Wondering if anyone here can help me with something. I bought a Canon ImageClass LBP622cdw in July 2020. I've been having trouble printing from my MacBook Air for a while and wanted to call Canon about it but never felt the urgency as I was still able to print from my iPhone.
However, I recently changed internet service - from Spectrum to T-Mobile 5Gs home. It's amazing, but now I can't seem to print from any device. I've tried updating the drivers, but when I try to add my printer to my Mac, I keep getting an error message saying it can't communicate with the printer. When I try to print from my phone simply because I think it should be fine as the driver https://tutuapp.uno/ https://vidmate.cool/ has been updated, it says my printer is offline when it's on and not in sleep mode. I've tried restarting all devices and nothing changes. Also, I don't get technical support from Canon over the weekend.
If anyone has any knowledge eggs to crack it would be greatly appreciated. If you need important information that I have left out, please let me know. I can answer any questions to help you with your technical detective work.
