Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 ST3160212AS defekt ?

Hi, habe hier nen PC wo Windows nichtmehr startet (Windows Loadscreen kommt nichtmal - Bildschirm bleibt schwarz)
Über eine Linux Live CD kann ich auf die Systempartition nicht zugreifen und angezeigt wird 141 GB von 141 GB frei.
Habe mit smartctl Fehler ausgelesen (siehe Errorlog unten).
Kann mir jemand sagen ob man die Festplatte lieber austauschen sollte bevor ich wieder versuche Windows zu installieren ?

23 defekte Sektoren wurden schon durch Reservesektoren ersetzt und 1146 weitere Sektoren konnten nicht korrekt gelesen werden, die sollen beim Überschreiben geprüft und ggf. ebenfalls ersetzt werden.

Kann mir jemand sagen ob man die Festplatte lieber austauschen sollte bevor ich wieder versuche Windows zu installieren ?
Bei der Anzahl würde ich die Platte ersetzen. Du kannst sie aber mal komplett überschrieben, z.B. mit dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdx bs=64k und dann noch mal sehen wie die Werte dann aussehen.
