Bonjour aurelyain,

your order has been dispatched via a hauler / forwarder company named Dachser because of its tremendous weight and size. It took them 1 week to pick up the parcel at our logistics centre due to the extreme workload during the corona crisis in combination with Christmas time. They will contact you in a few business days via telephone in order to determine a delivery date. I will send you the tracking link via PM.
