Surface Pro (5. Gen) Modell 1796 - Touch Funktion geht nicht mehr (erledigt)

Hallo, ich habe das Problem, dass bei einem "Surface Pro (5. Gen) Modell 1796" die Touch Funktion nicht mehr geht. Im Geräte Manager werden unter Firmware 3 Geräte angezeigt. Aber die Firmware installiert sich nicht. Es kommt immer wieder die Meldung, man muss einen Neustart durchführen.

Wie installierst du denn die Firmware? Gibt's da eine Installationsroutine von Microsoft? Sowas würde ich erwarten.

Die Firmware wird über's Windows Update installiert.

Habe ich schon gemacht. Die Installationsroutine läuft zwar durch ohne Fehler, aber die Firmware wird nach einem Neustart nicht aktualisiert bzw. es kommen die Fehler wie auf den Bildern.

Habe ich gemacht und auch eine Neuinstallation. Das Problem hat sich erledigt. Es liegt ein Hardware Fehler vor.
