This is a SHAME , I order to caseking a front panel for my coolermaster case, the front panel caseking send me was partially broken and one missing/absent/lost 5,25 front bezel and another front 5,25 bezel bended/punched, this is a B-Grade front panel and caseking selling this as brand new, this is a SHAME, I WILL never NEVER BUY AGAIN AT caseking GOOD BYE

Hello, it is not possible a swap/exchange because this Coolermaster front panel for RC-590 was the Last item available (no more available Front-Panel for RC-590), therefore Not possible swap replacement, obviously this "Class-B-Grade" front-panel was delivered by caseking as "Brand New" because was the Last item available, this item was delivered broken by caseking and also with one (1) missing/lost front 5,25 bezel, what do you think caseking can do to avoid to loose a customer ?

Ah, just a sparepart arrived broken. Sorry, but we cant swap this or can make a additional delivery of this sparepart anymore.

Please make a return for a full refund if this broken item. Or make a picture of it and maybe we can give you a little discount for the broken item, if you have any possibility to use it anyway. In this case please send us a picture to info@caseking.de and ask for a discount.
