WatchDogs Legion blocking nvidia file

Hi. I have 12900K stock

32 GB 2x16 GB DDR4 3600mhz

Palit Gamerock Pro OC rtx 4090

1300W Seasonic Platinum Prime

Aorus Elite DDR4 Z690

Windows 11 2H22. Updated new nvidia drivers.527.37

I launched Watch Dogs Legion after 5 minutes game minimalized with message from Battleye.
[INFO]Blocked loading of file:"C:\Program Files\Nvidia Corporation\NvTelemetry\NvTelemetryBridge64.dll


I just closed this window and the game just ran without any issue.

But why it pos up?

BattleEye like anticheat? seems like just blocking this .dll to be loaded during play
