Lauffähig sind die Module nur mit 2.85 Volt und hier liegt auch der Nachteil in den Modulen, denn nicht jedes Mainboard kann eine RAM Spannung von 2.85 Volt bereitstellen. Gestestet werden die PC4400 Module auf einem P4C800 und P4C800-E Mainboard. Bisher sind 256 und 512 MB Module, sowie 512 und 1024 MB Dual Channel Kits erhältlich.
