Die DDR600 High Speed EL DDR getauften Module haben Timings von CL3-4-4-8 (CAS-tRCD-tRP-TRAS) und laufen bei 2.85 Volt. Das 512 MB Dual-Channel Kit ist als 512MB Kit PN- OCZ600512ELDC-K und das 1 GB Dual-Channel Kit als 1GB Kit PN- OCZ6001024ELDC-K verfügbar.
