Wie Corsair nun in einer Pressemitteilung verlauten lies, wird das amerikanische Unternehmen die beliebte HX-Netzteilserie um ein weiteres Produkt ergänzen. Bei dem Corsair-HX450W-Netzteil handelt es sich um den kleinsten Vertreter der Netzteilserie mit modularem Kabelmanagement. Wie es der Name vermuten lässt, besitzt es eine maximale Ausgangsleistung von 450 Watt. Corsair beziffert den Wirkungsgrad mit bis zu 85 Prozent. Das 450-Watt-Netzteil besitzt neben einer 12-Volt-Leitung, welche mit 33 Ampere aufwartet, eine 3,3-Volt-Schiene sowie eine 5-Volt-Schiene mit jeweils 20 Ampere. Im Inneren soll ein temperaturgeregelter 120-mm-Lüfter für die erforderliche Frischluft sorgen. Das Netzteil ist ab sofort verfügbar und schlägt laut unserem Preisvergleich mit 84,48 Euro zu Buche.
