In einer Pressemitteilung hat PC Power & Cooling das neue Silencer-910-Netzteil vorgestellt. Das Netzteil wartet mit einer maximalen Ausgangsleistung von 910 Watt auf und besitzt dank seiner hohen Effizienz ein 80-Plus-Silber-Zertifikat. Der Hersteller setzt lediglich auf eine 12-Volt-Schiene, welche die Komponenten mit bis zu 74 Ampere versorgen soll. Das 910-Watt-Netzteil besitzt neben der 12-Volt-Leitung, eine 3,3-Volt-Schiene mit 24 Ampere sowie eine 5-Volt-Schiene mit 30 Ampere. Im Inneren soll ein 80-mm-Lüfter für die erforderliche Frischluft sorgen. Das Netzteil wird demnächst für unter 200 US-Dollar erhältlich sein. Ein genauer Release-Termin ist leider noch nicht bekannt.
