3090 FE, 400W TDP, stock clocks, 100% fan speed. 400W TDP, +90 core +150 mem, 100% fan speed. Sorry I don't know what the default TDP point is because I'm shunt modded. 400W is 61% (done by testing scores compared with before shunt mod), can't be bothered figuring out 350W.
