tm5 usmus 25cycle completed without errors. When I restarted my PC and went into BIOS, my keyboard malfunctioned (stuck) and I could only press the reset button on my PC. Is there something wrong with my BIOS settings?

I ran Ycruncher All Test for 2 hours and memtest has 1000% damn no errors but errors when using tm5 usmus. but when using the absolute/extreme profile there are no errors at all. but there are no crashes/bsods while playing or editing videos.
