until last week I was a regular customer of be quiet, I thought that the company offers good products and I heard positive reports about the after-sales customer service, unfortunately some time ago the glass in my case (Silent base 802 white version) broke, I looked in several places and did not find the possibility of buying the glass in white version, I bought the black version, but it did not really fit into my case, so being on vacation at home I first contacted the Polish branch of the company regarding the possibility of buying a white side glass and front panel white, Unfortunately, no response, so I turned to the German branch if they can help me, apparently someone contacted the Polish branch, because the next day I received a message from the Polish branch that it is possible to order parts in white, given the price and information about the need to provide my data to issue an invoice, of course, I wrote that I accept the offer, gave my data and . ... nothing, no contact for a week, well, since this is my first problem and I did not expect anything else, in addition to the ability to BUY replacement parts and the company disregards me, I found that I dread to think what would happen if I turned to the warranty claim, the case went to the garage computer, and I moved to o11 dynamic XL
