Acer Aspire One AOD255E battery Failure

Hi,

I am experiencing a problem with my battery for my notebook Acer Aspire One AOD255E. Battery is plugged, but not charging. When I unplug my AC power, the system shutdown/turn off.

Does anyone here can help me out?
