Grundsätzlich liegt der Schwerpunkt auf den B3 Boards, welche i.d.R. kostenlos beim Händler gegen die alte Revision B2 ausgetauscht werden können.

Das Fatal1ty Board ist das teuerste, wird jedoch in einem separaten Fred behandelt, daher habe ich es aus der Übersicht entfernt.

Das Extreme6 ist das teuerste Board in der normalen Serie von Asrock. Es hat dieselben Ausgänge wie das Fatal1ty und bietet auch dieselbe Frontblende. Lediglich beim Design ist es zurückhaltender.

ASRock P67 Extreme4 130,94

Das Extreme4 ist ein gutes Allround-Mainboard, welche auch eine Frontblende mit 2x USB 3.0-Anschlüssen mitbringt wie beim Extreme6 und dem Fatal1ty. Allerdings beistzt es weniger Anschlüsse auf der Frontblende und es hat einen kleineren Kühler. Wen das nicht stört, kann zum Ex4 greifen und ein wenig Geld sparen.

ASRock P67 Pro3 102,84

Das Pro3 ist das einfachte und damit günstigste P67 Board. Es hat keine separate Frontblenden wie bei den teureren Brüdern und unterstützt nur eine Grafikkarte. Auch der Kühler besitzt keine Heatpipe und ist deutlich kleiner. Die interen Sata-Anschlüsse sitzen nicht seitlich, sondern liegen klassisch auf dem Board. Das könnte zum Problemen beim Anschluss führen, wenn z.b. die Steckkarten besonders lang sind, da man nicht mehr an die Sata-Anschlüsse kommt. OC-technisch scheint es keinen Nachteil zu den teureren Boards zu geben.

Bekannte Probleme

- im UEFI mit einigen USB-Mäusen keine Funktion (wird viell. mit neuen UEFI-Versionen gefixt?)
- die Lüftersteurung Aquaero wird beim Start des Systems nicht erkannt
- einige neue UEFI-Versionen wurden zurückgezogen und werden bearbeitet, daher kann es zu Problemen im UEFI kommen, muss aber nicht

1. Bitte nehmt den höchsten Wert, der auf eurem Messgerät erscheint.
2. Bitte Furmark und Prime nutzen zur besseren Vergleichbarkeit!

Hey Leute, bräuchte mal ne schnelle Antowrt, da ich 2h ein eBay Agebot zu einem Megahalems abläuft. Passt dieser definitiv auf das Extreme 6? Finde nur Leute, die ihn auf dem Ex 4 verbaut haben...

Rev. A passt nur mit 1156 Retention Moduk.
Rev. B passt generell.
 
Ich würde den Mega Shadow erwerben, der hat ein 1156 Modul, sollte also passen :)
Vielen Dank für eure schnelle Hilfe, was würde man nur manchmal ohne das Luxx-Forum machen :)

Ein kleines Anliegen hätte ich dann aber doch noch.
Sobald die ersten Extreme 6 Board mit B3 Stepping draußen sind werd ich mir eines zulegen. Ich möchte einen Ultra Silent PC hochziehen und 0, gar nicht übertakten!
Welcher Speicher ist für ein non OC System die bessere Wahl, mir kommt es nur auf Stabilität an! Verbaut werden 4x4GB.

Ich schwanke zwischen den Mushkin Silverline und den G.Skill RIp Jaws.

Was würdet ihr mir raten und warum?

2. die preise über die vv seite direkt sind idr teurer als die preise über geizhals. kann sein, dass es hier auch so ist. ausserdem gibt es keinen grund, warum das b3 board mit ansonsten völlig gleichen komponenten 35 eur teurer sein sollte. ein 1:1 tausch ist immer drin. intel bezahlt das :bigok:
 
Stimmt Jungs, mea culpa. Hatte die Liste nicht übers B3 Stepping wie sonst selektiert. Kommando zurück :fresse:
 
Echt schade dass man noch gar nichts weiss - überlege gerade entweder auf die B3-Boards zu warten oder zu einem MSI zu greifen...
 
Bei den MSI Boards lese ich immer nur, wie die Leute sie nach 2 Tagen wieder zurückgeben ^^
 
Evtl fragt der ASRock_User diese Woche mal konkret nach. Die letzte Woche war ja die CEBIT.

Mal schauen was diese Woche so passiert
 
Echt merkwürdig, immer noch kein AsRock mit B3 gelistet. Bei den anderen Herstellern gehen schon teilweise die Preise wieder runter. Wehe das Extreme 6 ist am 23.3. wenn die Vertex 3 rauskommt nicht lieferabr, dann ist was los ;)
 
ja asrock ist bei b3 im rückstand zu anderen. jemand shcon was von vv gehört und wie die das handhaben?
soweit ich weiss, wird es mit dem z68 nicht möglich sein bei 2d die separate graka komplett abzuschalten. somit hat sich der chipsatz quasi erledigt irgendwie. oder welche vorteile seht ihr da?
 
Gerade eben hab ich gesehen, das bei Geizhals jetzt eine B3 Version des Extreme4 gelistet ist. Diese ist sogar verfügbar. Scheint aber eine US-Version zu sein. Inwiefern die unterschiedlich zu einer für den deutschen Markt gedachten Platine ist - keine Ahnung:confused:

Ich hätte 2 fragen:

1. Da das USB 3.0 Front panel samt 2,5 Rack von Asrock anscheinend den gleichen Anschluss hat wie das Asus front USB Panel (beide 20-1 Pin), müsste es doch auch bei den Asus Mobos funzen oder?

2. Wo Bekomme ich sowas bestellt? Gibt zwar ähnliche Front Panel von z.b SilverStone aber mit anderem Anschluss
 
das ist ja das problem. es gibt keinen standard für solche anschlüsse. da macht jeder was anderes. bestellen weiß ich nicht. ist aber nicht unbillig. ab 30 eur + versand bist du dabei. ergo... gleich das ganze board kaufen INKKLUSIVE front panel. ;)
 
War doch klar ;) Dürfte für Leute die das Board nur tauschen lassen jedoch egal sein. Wird nur interessant wenn man einen anderen Hersteller will ;)
 
ich hab von ASRock ein 1.61 Bios für das Extreme4 bekommen ^^ will das jemand? PN bitte, ich flashe mein Brett nicht mehr, meins funzt
