Grundsätzlich liegt der Schwerpunkt auf den B3 Boards, welche i.d.R. kostenlos beim Händler gegen die alte Revision B2 ausgetauscht werden können.

Das Fatal1ty Board ist das teuerste, wird jedoch in einem separaten Fred behandelt, daher habe ich es aus der Übersicht entfernt.

Das Extreme6 ist das teuerste Board in der normalen Serie von Asrock. Es hat dieselben Ausgänge wie das Fatal1ty und bietet auch dieselbe Frontblende. Lediglich beim Design ist es zurückhaltender.

ASRock P67 Extreme4 130,94

Das Extreme4 ist ein gutes Allround-Mainboard, welche auch eine Frontblende mit 2x USB 3.0-Anschlüssen mitbringt wie beim Extreme6 und dem Fatal1ty. Allerdings beistzt es weniger Anschlüsse auf der Frontblende und es hat einen kleineren Kühler. Wen das nicht stört, kann zum Ex4 greifen und ein wenig Geld sparen.

ASRock P67 Pro3 102,84

Das Pro3 ist das einfachte und damit günstigste P67 Board. Es hat keine separate Frontblenden wie bei den teureren Brüdern und unterstützt nur eine Grafikkarte. Auch der Kühler besitzt keine Heatpipe und ist deutlich kleiner. Die interen Sata-Anschlüsse sitzen nicht seitlich, sondern liegen klassisch auf dem Board. Das könnte zum Problemen beim Anschluss führen, wenn z.b. die Steckkarten besonders lang sind, da man nicht mehr an die Sata-Anschlüsse kommt. OC-technisch scheint es keinen Nachteil zu den teureren Boards zu geben.

Bekannte Probleme

- im UEFI mit einigen USB-Mäusen keine Funktion (wird viell. mit neuen UEFI-Versionen gefixt?)
- die Lüftersteurung Aquaero wird beim Start des Systems nicht erkannt
- einige neue UEFI-Versionen wurden zurückgezogen und werden bearbeitet, daher kann es zu Problemen im UEFI kommen, muss aber nicht

Kann mir wer sagen, ob es möglich ist zwei 140mm Lüfter mittels Y-Adapter an EINEM Mainboard FAN-Anschluss zu betreiben?
Oder brennt mir dann das Board durch?

Leider kann das Board nur einen 3-Pin CPU Lüfter regeln... der 4-Pin Anschluss geht nur bei PWM Lüftern...

Wenn Du diese Anzeige nicht sehen willst, registriere Dich und/oder logge Dich ein.
Ich habe es bei mir so gemacht, das funktioniert bei mir.
Ich habe die Lüfter auf 800rpm, dadurch fließt nicht soviel Leistung.
 
Laut Herstellerangabe haben die jeweils 2,4W... im Handbuch steht auch nix zur Leistung der Anschlüsse

Ja, mein Mitbewohner hat diese Zusammenstellung mit einem 2500K.

2x4GB funktionieren problemlos. 4x4GB mit dem Auslieferungs-BIOS und Default Settings resultierten allerdings in einem Bluescreen bei der Windows Installation (immer an der selben Stelle). Nach erfolgreicher Installation mit nur 8GB und einem anschließenden BIOS Update auf 2.00, scheint nun auch die 16GB Vollbestückung zu laufen, wobei wir Windows jetzt nicht extra nochmal neu installieren wollten um zu testen ob der Bluescreen noch kommt. Es gab zwar zwischenzeitig ein paar Fehler bei der Installation von Windows Updates, das muss aber nicht zwingend hardwarebedingt sein, da es über 100 auf einmal waren und ich das selbst auch schon öfters erlebt habe. Ansonsten soweit keine Fehler oder Abstürze mehr. Spiele laufen auch.

seit vorhin wird meine Datenfestplatte(F3 500 GB) im BIOS nicht mehr erkannt. Das Datenkabel habe ich schon getauscht wie auch den Anschluß am Board. Das Stromkabel habe ich mal neu drauf gesteckt und an dem Strang hängt auch die SSD mit dran, die noch funktioniert. Hat da noch jemand einen Tipp für mich außer austauschen?

Edit: weiß jemand ob man den 6Gb/s Modus abschalten kann? Denn die F3 scheint damit Probleme zu haben: http://www.samsung.com/global/business/hdd/faqView.do?b2b_bbs_msg_id=308

Soweit ich weiß kann man per Jumper SATA II erzwingen, zumindest ist das bei meinen WD Platten so.

jupp, das war die erste Maßnahme, weil ich das von FreddyDog gelesen hatte. Aber laut Geizhals kommt der plötzliche Tod nach 6 Monaten schon mal vor. Also werde ich sie heute zurück schicken.

hallo in die runde,

ich stehe gerade vor der wahl, mir ein extreme4 oder pro3 zu holen.

das pro3 SE gibts ja schon für 72 euro, mehr will ich eigentlich auch nicht ausgeben für ein board.

gibt es bis auf pci3 nennenswerte unterschiede zum extreme?
gibts nen wesentlichen unterschied zwischen pro3 SE und B3 ?

danke für eventuelle hilfe :)

edit: grad erst die erste seite des threads gesehen.. da steht ja eigentlich, das ich das pro3 auch gut nehmen kann... aber halt auch das SE?

wie ist eigentlich die Lüftersteuerung bei dem Board? Kriegt man die Lüfter damit schön leise? ;)

Wen der lufter standard mit Y adapter geliefert wird, solte es kein problem sein, wenn nicht koente es das motherboard schaden.

Der anschluss kan 8Watt heben bei 12 Volt, so etwa 0,7 / 0,8 Amp.

sind beim ASRock Extreme4 alle Lüfter die man anschließt steuerbar? Oder laufen manche per default immer mit 12V ?
Wie ausgereift ist das Bios vom Mainboard? Gibt es bekannte Fehler und wie geht AsRock damit um? Würdet ihr das Board insgesamt weiterempfehlen?

CPU Lüfter 1 (3Pin) & 2 (4-Pin) und Chassi Fan 1 sind steuerbar und temperaturgeregelt.
Restlichen Gehäuselüfter lassen sich nur auf eine konstante Drehzahl einstellen.

Im Prinzip hab ich keine Probleme mit dem Board... aber ich hatte auch noch kein anderes^^
 
Meinst du mit konstante Drehzahl, dass sie mit maximaler Drehzahl laufen oder dass man eine konstante Drehzahl eingeben kann?
 
Moin,

kennt jmd von euch schon einen Test/Review vom neuen Extreme3 z68? ist jetzt seit ca. eine Woche draußen und ich finde es sieht schonmal sehr gut aus und der Preis ist auch günstig im gegensatz zum neuen Extreme4 Gen3 für fast 150€.

Die Drehzahl lässt sich z.B. auf 600RPM voreinstellen und bleibt dann konstant bei diesem Wert.
Die steuerbaren Anschlüsse halten die voreingestellt Drehzahl bis die eingestellt Temperatur überschritten wird. Nach überschreiten der max. Temperatur drehen sie mit max. Drehzahl.
 
Hallo,

habe ein Problem mit meinem ASRock P67 Pro3!

Habe mir ganz neu die WD My Book Essentiel 2TB USB 3.0 gekauft, und damit nur probleme.


Manche Dateien, ob 600 mb oder 6,8gb, gehen locker mit 90mb auf die platte,
andere dagegen mit 20 oder der Kopiervorgang hängt sich komplett auf und ich muss die festplatte abziehen.

Habe den neusten USB Treiber istalliert und auch die platte erneut instaliert und auch ein firmwarupdate der platte gemacht

Was kann das sein?

Eine USB 2.0 Platte funzt ganz normal an meinem USB 3 Port, nur so als Info.

Jemand ne Idee? Gruß Sebastian
 
Schonmal das ASRock "XFast USB" Utility beendet oder deinstalliert, sofern du es installiert hast?
 
Hab es nicht installiert...glaub ich?!? Also ich habs nich manuell gemacht, und nach dem überfliegen auch nicht gefunden
