IronAge, sorry. Meinte natürlich 1-3 und 2-4. Da waren die Finger nur wieder schneller als das Hirn. Speicher werde ich erst kaufen, wenn die bootloops mit dem neuen board noch da sind.
 
Wenn Du diese Anzeige nicht sehen willst, registriere Dich und/oder logge Dich ein.
UD3H oder reicht das D3H? Abgesehen von Displayport, eSata, einem Lüfterslot mehr und der Diagnostic LED ist da doch nicht viel mehr auf der U-Version, oder? Was hat euch zu der Entscheidung veranlasst?
 
Ne. Den RAM hatte ich aus dem Internet. Werde es reklamieren. Und wahrscheinlich dort wieder welchen kaufen.
 
Ich habe mich für das D3H entschieden, weil ich eSATA über Slot mache und sonst den OC Kram nicht brauche.

Wäre nett wenn mir jemand eine Antwort auf #1330 geben könnte.
 
...ich hab übrigens Corsair Vengeance mit 2x4GB...Board kam mit F7...lief von anfang an problemlos mein ram...ist 1866er
 
Einfach irgendwas mit 1,5 V und dem Takt den man haben will, am besten Low Profile, die Kühler sind eh nur Dekoshit ;)
 
Corsair LP ist halt nicht unbedingt = Corsair LP. Corsair wechselt ganz gern die Bestückung wenns gerade was billigeres am Markt gibt.

Außerdem ist es einfach langweilig und bringt den Thread auch nicht weiter wenn alle Lemminge die selbe Klippe runter springen ... probiert doch mal was anderes. ;)

ich besitze seit gestern einen i5 3570K, welcher auf einem GA-Z77X-D3H verbaut ist.

Der "normale" Takt beim i5 3570K ist ja 3,4 Ghz. Wenn 1-2 Kerne ausgelastet werden, erhöht sich der Takt durch den Turbo auf 3,8 Ghz. Bei 3 Kernen sind es 3,7 Ghz pro Kern. Bei 4 Kerne läuft jeder Kern mit 3,6 Ghz. So müsste der Turbo funktionieren, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe.

Wenn ich diverse Benchmarks laufen lasse, um die CPU zu testen, u. a. Prime95, Cinebench, laufen bei mir ALLE 4 Kerne auf 3,8 Ghz. Ausgelesen hab ich das mit HWiNFO. Das BIOS läuft mit dem aktuellen F8. Nichts ist übertaktet. Im BIOS hab ich "Optimized Defaults" ausgewählt, somit ist im Prinzip überall "Auto" aktiv.

Warum ist das so, dass bei mir alle 4 Kerne den vollen Turbo bekommen? Ist das ein Feature des Mainboards? ASUS soll soetwas ja auch haben, oder?
Wenn ja, wie heißt diese Funktion?

Alles Spannungen auf Stock fixieren nur Vcore anheben, geht bis 4,5 problemlos.

Ist ein Ivy-Bridge Feature alles normal ;)
 
Ist kein Ivy Feature sondern fehlerhaft ins UEFI implementiert um zu schummeln und bei Benchmarks (falls die Tester es nicht bemerken) einen Vorteil für das Board herauszuholen.

Leider machen das fast alle Hersteller zZ. so, daher kann man hier Gigabyte nur bedingt einen Vorwurf machen.
 
Das das zu Ivy-Bridge gehört, weiß ich. ;)

Jedoch: Je mehr Kerne belastet werden, desto geringer müsste der Turbo pro Kern ausfallen. Bei mir (und scheinbar bei anderen auch) bekommt jeder Kern auch bei Belastung aller 4 Kerne den vollen Turbo (3,8 anstatt 3,6), der eigentlich nur Kern 1-2 vorbehalten ist.

Ansich läuft ja alles stabil, trotzdem interessierts mich, wieso weshalb warum.

Ich hab gestern mal an den Gigabyte-Support geschrieben und denen das geschildert.

Aha gut zu wissen, aber ich denke 3,8 macht doch jede CPU ohne weiteres mit.
Sollte kein Problem darstellen.
 
Computerbase hat im Test mit Cinebench einen Wert von 5,98 erreicht.
Ich hab jedoch 6,33 erreicht. Ein Plus von fast 6 %, was natürlich/wahrscheinlich an den 4x 3,8 anstatt 4x 3,6 Ghz liegt.

Ansich stört es mich auch nicht, das kann Gigabyte ruhig so lassen, da es ja auch stabil läuft.

Trotzdem verwirrend für Leute, die sich "besser" auskennen.

Die Frage, die ich mir trotzdem stelle:
Verliert man dadurch den Garantieanspruch gegenüber Intel? Im Prinzip betreibt man den Prozessor (unfreiwillig) außerhalb der Herstellervorgaben?
Wie seht ihr das?

ich hätte ein Problem.

Komponenten:

i5 3570k
UD3H
4x4 Vengeance-LP (9-9-9-24) (hier als Kompatibel genannt), 1600 Mhz


Benutze ich nur einen Ram (egal welchen der vier) => alles gut. Im Bios wird er mit 1333 genutzt.

Sobald ich jedoch 2 im Dual Channel rennen lassen will (egal welche der beiden Slot-Kombis), bzw. auch bei Vollbestückung "schenkt" mir das Board, nen Fehlercode und zwar 51.

Gibt es noch Möglichkeiten, dass kein Hardwaredefekt vorliegt? Was könnte ich noch probieren?

"alles gut" heisst, du hast jedes Modul einzeln unter Windows getestet ?

Du könntest probieren, zunächst (1) ein Modul zu stecken, im BIOS fix die (Minimal)Werte im Sinne der Kompatibilität (1333, langsame Timings) und Normspannung (ggf. über Norm hinausgehen) einzugeben, neu booten, prüfen, ausschalten. Dann (2) das zweite, zugehörige Modul (aus dem Kit) stecken und booten ins BIOS ... falls das klappt, so weiter verfahren. Bootet das Board auf diese Weise in Minimal-Timings, dann Schritt für Schritt die Timings anheben. Sowie Spannung ggf. senken.

Geht was schief, must du vermutlich bei (1) neu beginnen. Hast du die Werte notiert, geht´s dann aber deutlich schneller.

Was wäre dann die bessere Wahl? Ich hätt schon gern was anständiges. Ich will den Speicher nicht großartig übertakten oder ähnliches. Er sollte was taugen und bis zu 50 Euro wäre ich bereit zu zahlen.
 
Kannste nehmen ,für den Preis wirste nichts besseres finden ,es gibt nicht gut oder schlecht ,es geht nur um deine Ansprüche
