das eine schliesst das andere ja nicht aus, aber das ein 3-monate alter treiber aktuell ist, klingt auch nicht gerade wahrscheinlich ;)
 
Es sind "nur" USB Ports. Eine monatliche Veröffentlichung von Treibern ist ja auch nicht nötig, wenns läuft. Das ist ja keine Grafikkarte.
 
es gibt nun mal keine neueren als die vom März. Ob dies nun bedeutet, dass die letzten besonders toll, weil bugfrei sind, sei dahingestellt. VIA ist da vermutlich nicht viel besser als asmedia (häufige Muxingfehler), Renesas (seltene CRC-Fehler) oder Intel (Dingdong, bisweilen Platte weg und wieder da). Bis sie neue veröffentlichen muss man halt mit den alten und somit weiterhin aktuellen auskommen ... ich kann doch auch nix für :).

btw dieses platte da/wech hab ich auch bzw gab es schon beim renases usb-treiber (p67). bei jz stand mal irgendwo, dass der controller der externen hdd-cases schuld ist, bzw dass diese nicht korrekt angesteuert werden, die hdd geht dann immer in standby. bei mir ists ungünstig, da die hdd am usb-port meine externe = mein datengrab ist. lasse nun meine netzwerkverbindungen auf die hdd loggen, dass die hdd immer was zu tun hat ;)
 
welchen Chip hast denn drin? Für 2 von meinen 3 (unterschiedlichen) USB3.0 Gehäusen gab es zB Firmware-Updates, die beiden waren ASMedia 1051 und JMS539. Logisch, dass sich die Probleme, die ich hatte, damit nicht lösen ließen, aber vielleicht hilfts ja bei dir. Einfach mal aufschrauben und den Chip checken. Tip: wenn du nicht so auf recovern stehst, solltest du die Platte vorm Flashen ausbauen ;)
 
das war imho ein micron. hatte damals auch schon nach einem fw-update angefragt, kam aber nix vom hersteller. naja, indizierung, auto-defragmentierung und das loggen der netzwerkaktivität (da ist ja permanent was los) hilft idr

Vielleicht übersehe ich ja entscheidende Dinge im ungewohnten UEFI?

Welchen Ideen habt ihr?

Zunächst scheinst du das H77-D3H zu besitzen, F5 und F8 deuten auf die H77-Variante hin, siehe verfügbare BIOS. Mit H77 sind m.W. die Multikplikatoren der K-Prozessoren von Ivy Bridge nicht über den "Normtakt" hinaus anzuheben. Im Grunde ein Fehlkauf für den 3570K.

Anderenfalls siehe neue Versionen der Z77-Variante des D3H, welches hier Gegenstand des Threads ist.

Ich habe das Z77x D3H und habe herausgefunden, dass ich im 3D Modus diverse Einstellungen vornehmen kann, im Advanced Modus aber nur Controller und Co. deaktivieren kann.

Kannst Du z.B. die Anzahl der Kerne reduzieren, also deaktivieren?

Desweiteren kann ich die etwas ältere Easy Tune 6 Version weder starten noch deinstallieren, die neue V. auch nicht installieren.

mach mal einen CMOS-Reset, da stimmt bei Dir doch was nicht..
Du must den Multi auch im Advanced Modus einstellen können..
 
Das wäre tatsächlich Primiere. Bislang hatte ich immer Glück.

Vorab die Frage: Über den 4 Sparmodi (die kann ich einstellen) befindet sich die Option, die Anzahl der Kerne zu verändern. Hast Du darauf zugriff?
Könnten das ggf. andere D3H Besitzer bitte testen?
 
Es ist halt trotz Dual-Bios gefährlich, wenn etwas schiefgeht, obwohl es nur selten passieren soll.

Da die Option, die Kerne zu reduzieren, ohnehin "nur" Zukunftsmusik ist und das Board bis dahin womöglich vorher ablebt, kneife ich gepflegt den Schwanz ein, denn momentan habe ich ansonsten keine Probs. Die nächsten Tage bestimmen den Ablauf...

UD3H 6. Start nach Flash auf F11 Final, ---> Bootloop.

Es wurde scheinbar immer noch nichts gefixed.
 
Hat sich für dich was beim Übertakten verändert? Also unerwartete Werte? Wie bei mir z. B. höherer Vcore bei exakt den selben Einstellungen.
 
Nope leider auch nicht, hatte sogar per BIOS Batterie komplett gecleared!
Die selben Werte funktionieren nach wie vor, habe sogar gegengeprüft.
 
Dann versteh ich nicht, was bei mir falsch läuft.
Wird Zeit, dass ich mir Geld für Ivy zusammensuche.
Hatte auch gerade wieder Bootloops, als ich mein Rechner aus Energiesparmodus holen wollte.

Würde ich an deiner Stelle nicht tun, wäre aktive Geldverbrennung....
Einfach damit leben und hoffen das GB irgendwann einmal auf die Idee kommt das mal zu fixen.
Geld lieber sparen für Haswell, Ivy lohnt absolut nicht für Sandybesitzer ;)

Ja schon. Aber ich bin mir nicht sicher. Es spricht einiges dafür. Ich habe Bootloops, beim Übertakten will ich mein CPU nicht mit mehr als 1,3 Vcore betreiben, der Verbrauch in CoreTemp ist um fast 15 Watt gestiegen nach UEFI Update.
Haswell wär zwar was aber das ist wieder anderer Sockel, würde bedeuten ich müsste wieder neues Board kaufen und CPU noch zusätzlich und so viel Geld kann ich für Hardware nicht ausgeben auch wenn ich es extrem gerne tun würde. ^^

Wir werden sehen. Bin nur etwas enttäuscht. :d
Irgendwie habe ich immer Pech mit Hardware.
 
Meine Sandy (2700K) läuft mit 1,308 V Last @ 4,4 Ghz (ist auch gleichzeitig der Sweet von der CPU)
Frootloops hab ich selten, trotzdem nervts mich, es erinnert mich stark an P45 Zeiten.
Da gabs diese Scheisse auch, war aber notwendig um den NB Strap zu ändern soweit ich mich da richtig erinnere.
Ich werde allerdings nichts an meiner Hardware verändern.
Stabil läuft das Ding allemal und das ist die Hauptsache, ich schalte den PC maximal einmal pro Tag an ^^

ich habs ja getan wegen der Loops: mein neuer Ivy läuft mit 4,2 in etwa so schnell wie mein Sandy mit 4,4 lief. D.h. "lohnen" tut sich hier absolut gar nichts. Das bisschen, was man unter Last spart, ist nicht die Rede wert. Idle sind sie gleich vom Verbrauch her. Beim Sandy gabs kein Problem mit der Kühlung (ich hab einen 5 Jahre alten Ultra 120 Extreme) - der Ivy aber heizt bestialisch. Will man da etwas mehr (als 4,2) takten, muss es ein halbwegs aktueller Kühler sein, sonst hat man ratzfatz 90 Grad ....

So gesehen: ein Haufen Geld für im Prinzip rein überhaupt nichts. Meine Platten werden mir den Wechsel aber danken und meine Nerven dazu :)



edit: ach ja, mit F11 Final hatte ich ansonsten keine Probleme. Das F12d(?) lief den ersten Tag auch vielversprechend (nichts Besonderes daran aufgefallen), aber dann loopte die Kutsche wieder ohne Unterbrechung.

habe folgendes problem mit dem board... hatte meinen prozz anfangs auf 4,3ghz laufen mit 1600er ram. prime usw lief auch einwandfrei durch. allerdings ist er im idle abundzu abgeschmiert und ist dann einfach hängen geblieben. hatte dann abundzu auch einen absturz bei warcraft III. hatte ihn dann erstmal testweise kompllet auf standart gestellt. nun habe ich aber auch mit standarteinstellungen einen absturz. der absturz äußert sich dann einfach mit einem freeze und die boxen geben dann ein fiepsen von sich ein leises piepen eben, ich muss den rechner dann reseten. jemand ne idee woran das liegen kann? wie gesagt alles was nur geht auf standart bzw auto gestellt. 0% übertaktet. nervt schon echt weil ich jedesmal wenn ich bei DotA nen freeze habe strafpunkte bekomme wofür ich im endeffekt nix kann :(
 
Wenn du per Voltage Offset übertaktest (bzw. darüber die Spannung anhebst) liegt es daran das die CPU im Idle bzw. bei wenig Belastung zu wenig Saft bekommt, das ist alles ;)
Einfach mal in Ralle's OC Guide nachlesen oder halt Googeln ^^

lass C3/C6 auf enabled, und stell zwecks Test CPU Vcore auf [normal], DVID auf [+0.025V - +0.050V] versuchen, so solltest dann keine Hänger haben, vermute auch du bist davon betroffen das es eine zu niedrige VID.....

selbst bei + offset kann dir das system bei c3/c6-aktiviert abschmieren, wenn es idelt, da die cpu nicht genug saft bekommt. war beim sandy schon so, und auch bei ivy (kann ich persönlich bestätigen).

p.s. das problem ist jz schon bekannt, soll in bearbeitung sein!? *hoff*
 
Richtig bei einigen CPUs gibst Probleme mit C3,C6 ,wie bei mir ,zwar hat das neue BIOS geholfen ,aber leider damit auch noch nicht 100% stabil ,der Verbrauch ist eher zu vernachlässigen ,mit aktivierten C3,C6 Brauch ich 2-3W weniger
