MacBook stürzt regelmäßig ab/hängt sich auf, Gründe nicht nachvollziehbar (gelöst)

Naben Leute, ich bin gerade leicht am verzweifeln.
Mein MacBook hängt sich seit ein paar Tagen regelmäßig auf und ich finde absolut nicht heraus wieso.
Anfangs dachte ich an Software, alles ausprobiert, hat nichts gebracht. Hardware wurde über das Apple eigene Diagnose Tool überprüft, RAM nochmal separat per Mimtest, auch alles in Ordnung.
Dann hab ich OSX einmal frisch über das aktuelle installiert, ohne Erfolg.
Jetzt ein komplett frisches System, wieder ohne Erfolg.
Nach meiner Erfahrung sollte dass ein Hardwaredefekt sein, die Überprüfung ergab aber keinen Fehler.

Was auffällig ist, das Book läuft immer nur ca 1h +- 10min.
Meistens hängt erst das Programm in dem ich mich befinden, kurz darauf lässt sich nurnoch die Maus bewegen, es wird aber nichtmehr auf Klicks reagiert. Hin und wieder hängt er dann komplett und ich kann ihn nurnoch über langes drücken der Power-Taste ausschalten.

Ich hoffe ihr habt noch eine Idee, eventuell eine tiefgreifendere Überprüfung der Hardware.

Es handelt sich um ein MacBook Pro 8,1 13" Early 2011 in der Standardausführung mit 2,3GHz i5, 4GB RAM, Intel HD 3000 und OSX 10.9.4. Dazu befindet sich eine crucial m4 SSD mit 128GB sowie die Standard 320GB HDD als FusionDrive im Book.

Was schmeisst die Konsole aus?
Tippe auf die SSD, die ist voll zugemüllt und kein Trim.

Sind allerdings nicht immer die gleichen Meldungen vor dem Absturz.
Ich wollte heute Nacht den AppleHardwareTest durchlaufen lassen, muss wohl nach gut einer Stunde wieder hängen geblieben sein.
Kann ich die SSD wieder säubern? Mit Nullen überschreiben? Hab ja eh n neues System, kann ja fleißig formatieren.
Btw war bis zum Ende FileVault aktiviert, nur zum formatieren hab ich es am Ende ausgeschalten.
 
Jetzt hab ich mal die SSD als Fehlerquelle angenommen und etwas gesucht. Das Problem bzw ein ziemlich ähnliches ist im Herstellerforum von crucial bereits bekannt. Da sind es wohl Probleme mit der Firmware, da ich die bei mir nie geupdatet habe müsste noch v0002 drauf sein. Ich werde sobald ich dazukomme wohl mal ein Update der Firmware austesten. Falls noch andere Ideen vorhanden sind, bzw sich was aus der Konsole rauslesen lässt, immer her damit.
 
Also Firmware wurde auf die neueste Version geupdatet, seitdem lief das MacBook mehre Tage ohne Probleme.
War jetzt zwar keine zugemüllte SSD aber die Richtung war die Richtige ;)
