Good morning and my hope for a better year for you!

I am writing this thread as I would like to kindly ask you whether you have an expected shipping date for the order number 1936568. I know that some of the items included were available from the 13th of January, however what concerns me is that now their availability status is now on "unknown".

The only item in your order not in stock and therefore not reserved for you is WAEK-2014 which currently has an unknown delivery date.

All of our stock delivery dates are just estimations. The item was expected to be available from a certain date, but that was not a guarantee. Delays of the delivery date can, unfortunately, not be completely excluded. In addition to that, demand for all products revolving around new gaming GPUs is skyrocketing and EK WB is unable to deliver sufficient quantities each time. We usually do not know if we receive the amount we ordered and therefore it happens that we cannot fulfil all existing preorders.

Please tell me if you want to remove certain items from your order or if you want a partial delivery or if you want to cancel the entire order.

I would like to really thank you very much for the information provided. If removing the item is not a problem for you, could you please remove the items WAEK-2014, WAEK-2011 and LULS-330? I am sorry for the inconvenience.

alright, the items you named will be removed in the next few hours and your order will be commissioned then. The partial refund will take 3 to 5 business days. Shipping preparation (picking) currently still takes 5 to 7 business days (Mo - Fr, excluding holidays/weekends) due to the heavy workload. I would like to ask you for some patience in advance. We are sorry that it currently takes so long and we're doing what we can.

This is the current situation:

The German government has enacted a new partial lockdown in November and we, as a provider of IT hardware, are hard-pressed to fulfil orders for home office equipment along with a very large number of newly released gaming products (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3000, AMD Ryzen 5000, AMD Radeon RX 6000). However, due to the unfortunately dismal stock availability, we also have to process large quantities of order changes, cancellations, availability requests and complaints. Moreover, 2020 was simply not a normal year. On a totally regular Monday before the launch of the AMD Ryzen 5000 we received more orders than in 2019 on the so-called "Black Friday"! There are simply many more people at home and there is an extreme shift in consumption towards consumer electronics due to the corona pandemic. Also, this year's King Deals offers and the Christmas time further increased our tremendous workload. In addition to that the whole country went into full lockdown mode in December which increased our safety measures even further while decreasing our picking speed too. We have people with kids who need to stay at home because schools and kindergartens are closed. At the same time the extreme levels of demand persist until now in January 2021.
