Dear Mike,

Good evening,

I hope everything is okay. Unfortunately, an item from order number 1893861 stopped working. Specifically, the item is the ADATA XPG Gammix S50 Lite NVMe SSD, PCIe 4.0 M.2 Type 2280 - 1 TB (SSAD-057).

I. would like to use the warranty, should I send the item back to you or should I contact the manufacturing company?

You can use our claims form to request a free parcel stamp to return the SSD for an RMA:

It is your choice whether to contact us (EU seller's warranty) or the manufacturer (guarantee). All I can tell you is that we will be forwarding the faulty item to the manufacturer too.

Dear Mike,

I am sorry for the delayed answer. Thank you very much for the suggestion provided. I tried with another ssd in order to rule out the possibility that the problem could be the motherboard, but it recognized the newer ssd immediately. I will send the defected ssd to you as soon as possible.
