Yeah, hab die Tage meinen Beta Key bekommen.

Erster Eindruck nach dem ersten Spielstart: Triple wird nicht unterstützt, ansprechendes Menü, recht viele Settings für eine Beta. BMW, Audi, Mercedes und Porsche sind fahrbar, Strecken sind Nürburgring GP, Spa, Hockenheim und eine "interne Teststrecke".

Performance auf meinem System in Ordnung, alles auf epic, 7680 x 1440p (Triple) und DLSS auf Qualität komm ich auf ca 50-60 fps (bin bisher nur alleine gefahren). Würde die Sim erstmal zwischen ACC und iRacing einordnen, quasi ein grafisch schöneres iRacing mit leichten Abstrichen bei der Fahrphysik. Beschleunigung kommt z.b. besser rüber als in iRacing, dafür ist die Bremse eher ein Mittelding zwischen ACC und iRacing (mit Tendenz zu letzterem). Dieser Eindruck ist natürlich sehr subjektiv und ihr mögt das anders empfinden.

Sound ist auch ganz ok, die Autos klingen alle unterschiedlich und fahren sich auch unterschiedlich.

Btw, hab mich nicht so befasst mit der Sim, aber sieht so aus als würde man Autos im Spiel tatsächlich besitzen (NFT?), der BMW M4 ist z.b. zweimal in der Garage und einmal mit einem Identifier (owned car). Was das bringt und was man dann irgendwann damit machen kann, keine Ahnung.

Ich habe mir ein paar Videos zu Rennsport angesehen von...jemandem, der was von der Materie versteht und da schneiden Fahrverhalten und FFB nicht besonders gut ab. Da wird es Rennsport wohl sehr schwer haben, sich auf dem Markt zu positionieren. Es gibt ja schon genug gute Simulationen, die insgesamt alle möglichen Inhalte abdecken, die man sich so wünscht. Da frage ich mich, was Rennsport anbieten will, das die anderen nicht haben?
 
Finde ich überhaupt nicht.
Suche irgendwas zwischen ACC und iRacing. ACC bezüglich Zugänglichkeit und schöner Optik und iRacing aufgrund der Online Organisation und der vielen verschiedenen Wagen.
AMS2 geht langsam in die Richtung, aber Konkurrenz belebt das Geschäft.
 
@Ak1504 kannst du es schon spielen/testen? Und wenn ja - wie ist deine Meinung dazu? Wird das was gescheites?
 
Keine Ahnung. Kann niemand vorhersehen.

Known Issues

Heute einen Beta Key bekommen für Rennsport - gleich mal etwas gefahren mit VR Injector.

Muss aber sagen dass es Fahrtechnisch noch nicht so ganz angekommen ist. Die Fahrzeuge fühlen sich nicht so "gewichtig" an, schwer zu sagen, Gefühlt brechen sie auch nie aus, bis man über ein Limit kommt und dann rutschen sie weg. Fühlt sich im direkten Vergleich zu iRacing eher "arcadig" an. Interessant finde ich aber dass FFB stärker wird wenn man bremst bzw. Gewicht auf die Vorderachse legt, ich schätze das mal als realistisch ein. Das macht einem das trailbraking noch deutlicher.

also VR ist ne mittlere Katastrophe. Gleiches Problem wie ACC und alle Unreal Spiele. Unreal kann kein VR, sieht immer komisch aus verwaschen aus.
Lock to horizon geht irgendwie auch nicht.

Bei wem es in VR crasht: HDR in Windows deaktivieren hat bei mir geholfen.
 
Also ansich so optisch ganz cool. Fahren ist wie vermutlich überall einfach gewöhnungssache.

Was mir komplett fehlt ist das geschwindigkeitsgefühl. 250kmh fühlt sich wie gehen an. Das haben sie überhaupt nicht hinbekommen so wie es da zu sehen ist.
Wenn ich da noch an NFS Shift denke und wie geil es dort war mit 200 Sachen durch die Stadtkurse zufeuern. Da hatte man Respekt und Aufregung zugleich.

Und die aussenansichten sind wie immer zu starr. Dadurch ist ein sinnvolles lenken in jener überhaupt nicht möglich.

Bisher sehr positiv das Feedback wie es scheint. Werde sicherlich auch noch die Nordschleife holen, ich mochte das Game ja schon in der closed Beta aber anscheinend ist in der open Beta noch mal einiges besser geworden. Ich hätte nur gern eigene Lobbies damit man chillige Touristenfahrten Nordschleife mit Kumpls ballern kann.

Ne da hast du wohl recht. Hab gestern auch mal an einer Veranstaltung teilgenommen. Ist schon wieder witzig muss ich sagen. Und durchaus spannend. Habe sowas ja schon ewig nicht mehr gespielt. Wenn das sauber weitergeführt wird und das strafen regelwerk sauber umgesetzt dann kann man da glaube ich echt spass mit haben.

Weiß man eigentlich schon ob es eine Progression gibt? Also kann man Dinge freischalten? Oder sich später auch andere Fahrzeuge holen?

RENNSPORT is now available on Steam!

After a little more than a year on the Epic Games Store, we are now expanding RENNSPORT to another platform with Steam. Our goal has always been to make sure we make the game available to as many people as possible and we’ve heard your feedback on this topic loud and clear! In this post, we’ve gathered some information and good-to-knows to get you started.

Playtest

RENNSPORT on Steam will launch as a playtest where anyone who wants to can access. You simply click the “Request Access” button on the Steam store page and you will be automatically accepted and can download the current version of the Open Beta.

Cross play and cross progression

On Steam, you will have access to the same content as on the Epic Games Store – that means the same races, your profile, your achievements and the same community. This way you can choose which platform you want to play on and still join the same races as people on other platforms.

Der Kurs rockt. Nukedrop kennt man aus AC, der hat sehr viele coole fiktive Kurse im Angebot.

Der Sound vom Aston is eher Straßenwagen mit Schalldämpfern und Co. Dagegen klingt der M4 GT4 absolut überzeugend nach Race Car.

Aber mein größtes Problem mit Rennsport aktuell:

 
Die GT3 haben hier wohl wirklich etwas mehr trouble.
Ich glaube die GT4er sind tatsächlich recht gut fahrbar.
