Request for Hardware Recommendations for Low Power System

Hi,

I am trying to find the hardware for my first Proxmox server build and would like to ask for your experience.

My requirements are:

• The idle/low load power consumption of the system should be at a maximum of around 40-45 watts or better even lower (that's important to me).
• The system shall serve:
  • Some LXC containers:
    • Plex
    • Syncthing
    • Nextcloud
    • CUPS
    • UniFi controller
    • FreePBX
    • Gitlab
  • 2 VMs running Win10
  • 1 VM running Ubuntu (just as playground)
  • 1 VM running Docker
    • Webserver (for private use)
    • Portainer
    • Zoneminder (maybe)
• I prefer server-grade hardware (if possible)
  • Supermicro mainboard
  • Xeon CPU (or maybe Epyc)
  • ECC RAM
• 10GBASE-T + 1000BASE-T
• IPMI
• The CPU shall have an integrated GPU (for Plex transcoding)
• For the system drive I want to use a ZFS Mirror, either 2x HDD or 2x SSD (will de SSDs do well with ZFS?)
• The board shall provide at least one PCIe for a TV card (for Plex)

• Can you recommend a CPU and mainboard? What about Xeon E3, Xeon E-21xx, Xeon-D...would they be sufficient? Or any better recommendations?

Also das wird schon knackig... ECC, 10GbE RJ45 und IPMI werden alle ihren Tribut fordern beim Strombedarf.
Wegen der iGPU wird der Epyc rausfallen und am Ende bleiben nur gesockelte Core i3 CPUs oder Xeons.
Du bist dir sicher die iGPU an PLEX weiterreichen zu können?

Nehmen könnte man:
- Supermicro X12SCZ-TLN4F
- Xeon W-1200 (mit iGPU)
