Ramspeed itself has nothing to do with idle consumption, but the required soc-voltage and to a lesser degree vddp, iod voltage has all to do with it :) I switched to another 7800X3D a few days ago. The first one needed 1.27v soc and 1.12v vddp to stabilize 6000c30, the new one needs 1.04v soc...

Most likely ram. What do you run RRDS\L\FAW at? In my DDR4-days I could often lower RCD if I sett RDD\FAW a bit looser.

I changed to a different 7800X3D and imc difference was large. I needed 1.27v soc for 6000, new cpu needs 1.02v soc 😯 Unfortunately old cpu had -41 avg CO, seems new one is not so good. I must say I prefer better imc though since I like testing/tuning :)

Finally stabile timings :) Thank you agesa 1.1.0.2b for making my crappy IMC a bit less crappy ;) From bing unable to run tight timings at 6000\2133@1.3v soc this is a definite improvement :) Fclk 2200 is actually stable now, on agesa 1.1.0.0 it was very unstable. 2133 is a bit faster still...

I usually turn of CO if I get errors, it didnt matter on previous agesa, same amounts of errors with or with CO, but thanks for tip :)

I used my 100% stable CO setting that has worked for a month after I set it. It passed 2133fclk too :)

I downloaded beta bios with agesa 1.1.0.2b and now it is stable :) Currently testing fclk 2133, latency is 2ns better so I hope it works.

I start getting errors when ram is at 30C, at 5800c28 tight I dont get errors at 52C so doesnt seem like temp os issue. High soc vs fclk seems to be the problem, but getting it lower is my main goal. Maybe 6000 tight is impossible due to crap imc? :/

Maybe someone here can help me? I currently run my 7800X3D at 5800c28-35-35 at 2133 fclk. I need 1.17v soc and 0.97v vddp for this. I have issues running 6000. The bullzoid timings and 2000 fclk works at 1.28v soc and 1.12v vddp, but they perform slower than my 5800-settings. I've tried...
