Grundsätzlich sind alle LGA1155 Sandy-Bridge CPUs kompatibel zum ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe. Wer jedoch seinen Prozzi möglichst weit übertakten möchte,
der kommt an einem Modell mit dem Zusatz "K" im Namen nicht vorbei. Denn auschliesslich diese lassen einen höheren "Turbomulti" zu. Modelle ohne "K"
besitzen einen festen maximalen "Turbomulti" und sind daher für OC ungeeignet, da der Referenztakt nur von 100MHz auf maximal 105-110MHz
erhöht werden kann (kommt sonst zu Instabilitäten!).

seit neustem hat mein PA8Z77-v Probleme mit dem Kaltstart. Das Board und Lüfter sowie HDD's springen an aber die Bildschirme bleiben schwarz und der Rechner geht ohne zu posten wieder aus. Dann springt der Rechner wieder an und postet und bootet ins OS.

Was ist da denn los?

Hey,

irgendwie habe ich die letzte Zeit probleme mit meiner Maus und Tastatur.Habe das gefühl das es seit dem Bios v2003 zu tun haben könnte.

Nach einer Zeit kommt es bei mir vor das die Maus und Tastatur garnicht mehr funktionieren, kann nichts machen außer neu starten.
Dann läuft es wieder, ich glaube mit der v2105 ist das besser geworden ist mir aber auch wieder passiert.

Hat jemand auch solche Probleme bei sich beobachten können?
Jemand ein Vorschlag was man machen könnte?

Bei mir machen die beiden USB 2.0 Anschlüssel seit einiger Zeit Probleme mit Maus und Tastatur. Fühlt sich an wie ein Wackelkontakt.
Seitdem Maus und Tastatur am Dell 23" hängen, habe ich keine Probleme mehr.

Jetzt noch den aktuellen iaStor (Intel RST) Treiber statt dem msahci und es sollte sogar noch besser laufen


Gerade auf 2104 aktualisiert, läuft alles problemlos.

Hallo,

habe mein System auf Win 8.1 umgestellt, Treiber habe ich soweit es ging aktualisiert, aber mit dem Asmedia Sata Treiber hab ich etwas Probleme.
Auf der Asus Seite wird für Win 8.1 kein Treiber angeboten, nur ein Treiber für Win 8, war mir nicht sicher ob ich den installieren sollte.
Habe deshalb den Treiber von Station-Drivers genommen: Station-Drivers - Asmedia drivers & firmwares

Treiber Version: ASM 106x Sata Controller Sata6G 2.0.2.0 vom 19.11.2013

Treiber wird installiert, erscheint auch im Geräte Manager als Asmedia Sata... aber ich bekomme BlueScreen mit der Meldung Driver not less or equal...(asstor64).

Habe jetzt den Standard Treiber von Windows installiert, BlueScreen ist weg, aber eSata Anschluss auch, Festplatte wird nicht erkannt.
Das hat nur mit dem Asmedia Treiber funktioniert.

Jemand eine Empfehlung welchen Treiber ich für Win 8.1 nutzen sollte?
Habe gesehen es gibt auch ein FirmwareUpdate auf Station-Drivers...Firmware 3.02 für den Asmedia Controller 106x...sollte ich dieses auch verwenden?
Bin gerade etwas unsicher.

Habe jetzt festgestellt, die externe Platte wird mit dem Windows Standard Treiber über eSata nur erkannt wenn sie bei PC Start eingeschaltet ist.
HotPlug, wie früher mit dem Asmedia Treiber unter Win7 funktioniert leider nicht.
Schätze mal, dafür brauche ich wohl den Asmedia Treiber.

Wenn ich Windows zur Treiberaktualisierung auffordere wird genau der 2.0.2.0 geladen, nach Neustart dauert es nicht lange bis zum Bluescreen. Ursache bleibt asstor64.

Das Firmware Update funktioniert leider nicht, soweit ich mich da belesen habe, funktioniert das nur mit BiosUpdate Modifikation, oder eben wenn es im Bios enthalten ist.
Falls jemand eine Lösung hat, oder ob ein Biosupdate weiter hilft, sitze noch auf 1401.

Hi,

ich habe mir gestern das Asus P8z77-V Pro und sämtliche anderen Komponenten für einen neuen Rechner bestellt. Das ganze dürfte morgen hier eintreffen. Nun hatte ich irgendwo gelesen, dass man für Windows 7 mit UEFI irgendwas einstellen muß bei der Installation und Windows dann eine UEFI Partition anlegt oder so?
Außerdem wollte ich mal fragen ob ich noch irgendwelche Einstellungen im UEFI vornehmen muß, vor der Windows Installation oder Schalter auf dem Board selber etc. oder sollte das alles Problemlos mit den Werkseinstellungen laufen?

Installieren wollte ich Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit von einem USB Stick auf eine WD Caviar Blue. Achja, an welchen SATA Anschluß auf dem Board muß ich die anschließen und wo den DVD Brenner?

Sorry für diese Noob Fragen aber meinen letzten Rechner habe ich vor ca. 10 Jahren zusammen geschraubt und bin daher leider nicht mehr auf dem aktuellen Stand der Technik :P

Inzwischen habe ich den Rechner fertig und alles läuft wie es soll. Gibt nur eine Sache die irgendwie nicht funktioniert, und zwar erkennt das Bios meinen USB Stick nicht. Ich habe ihn mit Fat32 und danach mit NTFS formatiert und mit Hilfe von ISO to USB auch bootfähig mit einem Image erstellt. In beiden Fällen kein Erfolg. Im Bios habe ich beim Schnellstart eingestellt das er alle USB Ports checken soll und nicht nur die von Maus und Tastatur, aber egal an welchem Port ich den einstecke, er wird nicht angezeigt. Unter Windows funktionieren die Ports alle bestens.

Vielleicht hab ich mit dieser Frage ja mehr Glück und irgendwer weiss evtl. was ich falsch gemacht haben könnte oder woran es liegt.

USB 3.0? Wenn ja, bei mir funktionieren unter BIOS nur USB 2.0 Ports.

Ich habe eine riesen Problem. Ich besitze das P8Z77-V PREMIU. Ich bekomme das Board nicht mehr hochgefahren. Keine Bios Erkennung , . Das Board ist mit Strom versorgt . Alle Lampen am Board Leuchen auch. Aber auf dem Monitor kommt nichts. Er bleibt nur Schwarz. CPU ist Intel Core i7-3770K Prozessor (3,5GHz, L3 Cache, Sockel 1155) . Die Kiste ist immer gelaufen. Woran kann das liegen. Ich habe schon alle Kabel abmamontiert.
Jetzt bin ich ratlos.

Ich habe mal auf die LED geschaut. Dort steht Code 55 . Das bedeute kein Speicher. Die Kiste ist immer mit die Speicher hochgefahren.

Hallo.
Ich besitze das P8Z77-V Pro. Wenn ich den Intel RST 11.7.3.1001 installiere funktioniert das Board normal. Wenn ich aber den Intel RST 12.8.0.1016 von der Asus Homepage installiere stürzt der PC beim Bootvorgang ab. Mein BS Windows 8.1 pro, HD 3GB. Bios 2104.
Hat jemand einen Tipp woran der Fehler liegt?

Weiß zufällig jemand welche Einstellungen genau im Bios an sein müssen für WOL. Boot from PCI ist klar, PXE Boot on, Wireless Adapter ist aus, und Network Stack an. Kriege trotzdem keinen Link auf der Buchse wenn der Rechner aus ist.

ja im Windows ist alles an, was blockieren könnte. Denke es stimmt irgendwas im UEFI noch nicht, wüsste aber nicht was genau.

Edit:Funktioniert nun, falls jemand das gleiche hat unter Win 8.1. Hybrid Shutdown muss aus sein, und unbedingt die aktuellsten Intel Pro Set Driver installieren, nun geht aus auch im Shutdown!

Vielleicht kann mir hier jemand mit einem Tip weiterhelfen.
Ich habe seit gestern Win 8.1 Pro x64 installiert. Ich bekomme aber keinerlei USB3.0 Geschwindigkeit hin mit meinem Deluxe. Weder bei den Intel noch bei den Asus USB3.0-Ports.
Den Intel-Treiber bringt Win8.1 ja von hausaus mit und für den ASM-104x habe ich den 1.16.12.0 Treiber installiert.
Getestet habe ich mit zwei Patriot Xporter USB-Sticks (einer USB2.0 der andere USB3.0). Beide schaffen ca. 40 MB/s.
Habe ich irgendwas vergessen in Win 8.1 einzustellen? BIOS ist ebenfalls aktuell.
Unter Win7 hatte der USB3.0-Stick um die 90 MB/s geschafft.

In Windows gibt es nichts zum Einstellen. Die Intel USB-Ports zicken bei mir auch rum, die USB 3 Geräte werden daran nicht richtig erkannt. Für die Asmedia gibt es im Downloadbereich bei Asus unter Win 8 ein Firmware-Update.

Auf der Asus-Homepage wird für Win 8.1 x64 garkein USB-Treiber angeboten.
Ich habe den oben erwähnten Treiber von Station station-drivers.com heruntergeladen und installiert.
Bringt das ASUS-Tool USB 3.0 Boost V1.05.15 for Windows 8.1 32bit & 64bit vielleicht etwas mehr Performance?

Ich meinte, dass es im Downloadbereich von Windows 8.0 ein Firmwareupdate für die Asmedia USB-Anschlüsse gibt. Probieren kann man es ja mal, genauso wie dieses Boost-Tool.

FW-Update des ASM-Controllers hats gebracht. Danke für den Tipp.
Die Intel USB3.0-Ports wollen aber immer noch nicht so richtig. Vielleicht kommt irgendwann noch ein Windows-Update un bringt einen neuen Intel-Treiber mit.
