Far Cry Primal Code kann nicht bezogen werden

Liebes Asus-Team,

ich würde gerne den Far Cry Primal - Key von meiner Asus Strix 390 (gekauft bei Mindfactory) beziehen, doch leider erhalte ich auf der Redeem-Seite folgende Fehlermeldung:

Your country/region is not available for following redemption process. If you encounter any redemption problem, please kindly provide your product serial number, PPID, a valid receipt* and send to rog_forum@asus.com. Please also clearly state the game title in the title of mail. (*Please provide a valid receipt with clear show of date of purchase and upload it to any cloud space, for example Dropbox, WeTransfer, ASUS Webstorage and provide a download URL.)

Auf mein dortiges E-Mail habe ich leider noch keine Antwort erhalten.

Ist das Problem bekannt? Kann mir jemand im Forum evtl helfen?

du erhälst keine Fehlermeldung wenn du auf den Redeem Link auf der Asus Seite klickst? Sobald ich ganz unten auf der Seite den Link betätige ploppt bei mir die Fehlermeldung auf.
