Habe mir heute auch ein GA-Z77-D3H zugelegt, dazu einen i5-3570k , ne Geforce 660 Ti und ein 16gb PC3-12800 CL9-9-9-28 Geil Ram-Kit.

Nun folgendes Problem, welches mir das ein oder andere mal beim googlen begegnet ist, aber nicht in einer so "reinen" Form wie ich es hab:

ich sehe beim Starten den Bios-Startbildschirm (das Ding mit dem Würfel), aber leider reagiert der Rechner nicht auf Tastatureingaben, mit einer Ausnahme: Strg+Alt+Entf ... habe sowohl USB als auch ne PS2-Tastatur ausprobiert...

jemand ne Idee?

Merkwürdig, bei meinem ud5h nach dem kauf, lief meine USB-Tastatur nicht.

Musste neues BIOS druff, zum Glück hatte der Bruder ne alte. Versuch vielleicht noch ne andere Tastatur.

Ausserdem wenn du angeblich eine NDA für BIOSe unterschrieben hast, hast du die NDA auch schon gebrochen, da du schon auf dieses BIOS hier hingewiesen hast ;-)

Nein, ich möchte nur wie alle anderen hier die "anderen Hintergründe" erfahren.

Wegen NDA-Bruch würde ich an Ihrer Stelle ganz still sein. Sie veröffentlichen u.a. in Ihrem Online-Shop sämtliche Z87-Boards vor dem Intel-Launch.
Ich hoffe, dass Sie sich der Konsequenzen bewußt sind.
 
Nebenbei ist der JZ_ gegenüber niemandem zu irgendwas verpflichtet. (seine Kundschaft ausgenommen)

Und er kann kein NDA brechen, dass er nicht unterzeichnet hat.

Nochmal, dieser Thread ist nicht der richtige Platz für private Auseinandersetzungen.

Eine Veröffentlichung von Bildern oder Videos von Boards ist übrigens kein Problem, sofern nicht auf die Chipsatz Funktionen eingegangen wird, da die Boards selbst teilweise keine NDA haben sondern nur der Chipset.

Tom Logan von overclock3d.net hat sogar ganze Videos der Boards online gestellt und bricht damit die NDA nicht:

Kommt da nochmal was?
Bisher waren ja nur x unterrevisionen.
 
Siehs mal so, BIOS updates bringen meist nichts :d (vllt minimale bugfixes)
Du verpasst somit also gar nix

Damit hast du völlig Recht, aber nur wenn man eine Spielkonsole hat.

haha witzig tomcat, offiziell gibts nur uralte Bios'e, da Gigabyte mehr damit beschäftigt ist Z87er zu bauen und dafür verbuggte Bios'e zu schreiben.
Ist doch völlig egal ob Beta oder nicht.

In diesem Fall musst du dich direkt an JZ wenden, da das Bios von ihm modifiziert


mit dem bios von JZ hab ich nur 10% der Bootloops wie mit dem Bios von Gigabyte. Mich würde nur interessieren ob noch offizielles kommt.

Boot Loops gab es bei meinem UD3H nur wenn was mit dem Speicher nicht passte.

Den Umstieg auf ein Intel Extreme Series Board habe ich auch schon bereut, da der ach so tolle Intel NIC meinen Netgear Switch nicht mag und ich bei jedem Systemstart das Kabel am Switch umstecken darf.
 
Boot Loops gab es bei meinem UD3H nur wenn was mit dem Speicher nicht passte.

Ja, kann ich bestätigen mit meinem 2. System UD3H+Sandy gibts nur ein Bios was läuft und das ist das F17Mod.
Mit Ivy ist es ziemlich egal läuft so gut wie alles.
 
Moin,

ein Kumpel von mir hat mit seinem Z77M-D3H scheinbar einen Kaltstartbug. Jedenfalls klingt es so.
Beim ersten Start am Tag bootet der Rechner nicht sauber, sondern es laufen nur kurz die Lüfter an. Kein Bild, keine Töne. Nach ein paar Sekunden startet er dann neu. Das passiert dann ein paar Mal, wobei es anfangs nur ein, zweimal war und inzwischen auch schonmal sieben Mal, bis der Rechner dann richtig bootet.

Die Komponenten im Detail:

Z77M-D3H
i7 2600k
4x4GB G.Skill Ares DDR3-1333 CL9
2GB Asus Geforce GTX660 TI
530W be quiet Pure Power L8

Neben dem obligatorischen Bios-Update (noch nicht erfolgt, sage deswegen später nochmal Bescheid) und der Kontrolle sämtlicher Steckverbindungen, was kann er sonst noch tun bzw. was kann das auslösen? Ram oder Netzteil vllt.?
 
Das Ganze nennt sich Bootloop (AN AUS AN AUS) und das gibt es sehr sehr häufig in Kombi mit Z77+Sandy.

Das Einzige was ich dir empfehlen kann ist, teste alle möglichen Bios'e durch es gibt sicher 1-2 die mit Sandy vernünftig booten.

Welche das für dein Board sind kann ich dir leider nicht sagen, das weiß ich nur fürs UD3H.

Der Bug tritt auch nur auf wenn der PC komplett vom Strom getrennt ist für eine längere Zeit.

Und bitte mach dir keine Gedanken, dein System ist top in ordnung es ist nur Sandy+Z77 was hier das Problem ist!

Hier findest du schonmal ein paar Bios'e, vllt meldet sich auch noch jemand hier der die Kombi hat und "das Sandy BIOS" gefunden hat.

ich habe das UD5H (Rev. 1.0) mit Ivy 3770K und Erp funktioniert bei mir nicht einmal mit Standard-Multi-Takteinstellungen. BIOSe F14 und F15r von JZs Seite getestet.

Weiß jemand, ob an dem Bug überhaupt gearbeitet wird?

(Super sind auch die 1,404 Vcore unter Last bei jeder manuellen Spannungseinstellung (außer "Normal" + DVID wie hier auch schon erwähnt) bei höheren Multis - die Erp-Geschichte nervt durch das "Lichtspiel" dennoch mehr)

Nimm mal bitte das von Tweak Town, damit sollte ErP gehen und der Vcore bug weg sein.
War bei mir identisch!
Seitdem ich das von TT nehme ist alles okay nur noch ein winziger bug, der ist aber nichtmal erwähnenswert.

Bezüglich GB ob die noch an was arbeiten... ich denke eher nicht die sind damit beschäftigt verbuggte BIOSe für Z87 zu schreiben und die Dinger vor die wand zu fahren :d

die JZ BIOSe sind OK und es liegt eher daran, dass man manchmal zweimal das BIOS flashen muss und bei dir dann wohl Zufall war... TT und JZ sind gleiche BIOSe !!!!

i5 + ErP nur bei Standardtakt und OC fail... es wird daran nichts gemacht, also bleibt so und beim Vcore/LLC Bug genau so ;-)

i7 + ErP ist auch bei OC OK :-)))

Hab wie gesagt einen 3770K und ErP will um's Verrecken nicht.

Habe vor dem BIOS-Flashen einen CMOS-Reset gemacht und nach dem Vorgang ohne irgendwelche Abstürze waren die BIOS-Grafiken leicht verändert und Windows installierte ein paar vorhandene Standard-Geräte neu. Allerdings geht ErP nach wie vor nicht :(

Habe nun auch noch einmal mit der TT-Quelle des 15r geflasht, ebenfalls keinerlei Fehlermeldungen, CMOS Reset auch nach dem Flashen und dennoch mag ErP trotz manellem Setzen im BIOS nicht :(

Noch irgendwelche Tipps?
