Hello Mike,
I am sending you an inquiry about a placed order number 1928206, which was created and paid on 01.0.12021, all of the products that were ordered were on the day of the purchase in stock. Today is the 8th working day, and the order is still pending, although your customer service and store promise claims to ship within 4-7 working days. I understand that you are overwhelmed and that you have a large number of orders, but you must also understand that I urgently need the ordered components and that I have and I am now suffering significant damage because I trusted your shipping promises that were not fulfilled. I hope the reason for the delay is not that the order was created abroad, because I am sure that you get many orders from all over Europe, and such a selection would certainly not be a good rating for a top online seller.

Once again, please check what is happening with the order and, in accordance with the promises, make sure that the order is shipped as soon as possible!

Does anyone know what is going on with Caseking. There are no shipments, no phone or email response. What about paid orders now. Should I be worried about all this?

No, they are just overwhelmed with orders. Sucks, but nothing to worry about. Your shipment will be on its way eventually
 

All items in your order are in stock and reserved for you. Shipping preparation (picking) currently takes approximately 5 to 7 business days (Mo - Fr, excluding holidays/weekends/new year's eve) due to the heavy workload and therefore started on January 4th in your case. I would like to ask you for some patience in advance. We are sorry that it currently takes so long and we're doing what we can. In some cases our delays also unfortunately reach 9 business days at the moment. I know how horrible that is, but there is nothing I can do but apologise.

This is the current situation that persists in 2021:

The German government has enacted a new partial lockdown in November and we, as a provider of IT hardware, are hard-pressed to fulfil orders for home office equipment along with a very large number of newly released gaming products (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3000, AMD Ryzen 5000, AMD Radeon RX 6000). However, due to the unfortunately dismal stock availability, we also have to process large quantities of order changes, cancellations, availability requests and complaints. Moreover, 2020 was simply not a normal year. On a totally regular Monday before the launch of the AMD Ryzen 5000 we received more orders than in 2019 on the so-called "Black Friday"! There are simply many more people at home and there is an extreme shift in consumption towards consumer electronics due to the corona pandemic. Also, this year's King Deals offers and the Christmas time further increased our tremendous workload. In addition to that the whole country went into full lockdown mode in December which increased our safety measures even further while decreasing our picking speed too. We have people with kids who need to stay at home because schools and kindergartens are closed. At the same time the extreme levels of demand persist until now in January 2021.

There seems to be a problem with your order indeed and it might be a shortfall of inventory / missing stock of MOLE-056 despite being listed in our ERP system as reserved for you. The investigation is running, but I will only get results tomorrow. If you tell me to cancel MOLE-056 your order can be shipped tomorrow.
