PC reboots as soon as 4080 starts to spin up its coolers.

AMD Ryzen 9500x
RTX 4080 Inno3D X3 OC 16GB
Asus ROg Strix B550-I (BIOS v 2803)
32 GB RAM (Corsair)
Corsair SF 750
Case: SSUPD Meshlicious

I own this system (except for the GPU) for more than a year now. Two days ago the GPU arrived and i installed it.
It ran fine for some hours. After playing some games (nothing that could really max out the card) the system started to crash and reboot immediately.

The instant reboot occurs when the GPU does something that causes it to spin up its coolers. If I leave it alone (e.g. Windows login screen) it simply idles (and does not crash).
Starting a game, starting GPU-Z, sometimes even clicking Windows start menu causes the crash.

I also can not update the graphics drivers as starting a browser also leads to a reboot. But I manually installed some current version at least half a month ago.

Does anyone have a hint what i can do?

The power supply should actually have enough power, but can be defective.
Which graphics card did you have before?
Did you remove all the old drivers with DDU?
To definitely rule out a driver/software problem, reinstall Windows with drivers only and then test again.
