Ram ICS help

Hi! Sorry if I’m writing in English but I don’t know Deutsch!
Just asking if anyone could help me find out what ICS are these Patriot blackout pvb416g320c6k rams with 16-20-20-40 1.35v.
Thaiphoon says they are Samsung B Dies, (suspect they are C dies tho) but looking through this blog I found the same S/N and they are stated as Hynix C dies but with 16-18-18-36 as timings. Are they the same? As of now, oc is stable at 3600mhz 18-19-19-36 with 1.29V.

They are not. Now I’m struggling between Samsung c die or hynix c die.
