VDDP way too high, 0,88 - 0,9.
ProcODT 32 - 36,9
CAD 60-20-30-30
And so many other basics are off even in primary timings. Get those right first.
Hi! Thanks for the answer.
Been trying first to get this ram oc stable with GDM off in 2T as Veii stated in a thread in Overclock.net. As of now I got an error in test 4 after 1h:20 in TM5 with 1usmus. Tomorrow I’m gonna try to fix this issue, maybe even with the values you mentioned
“So many other basics are off” such as? (Probably you’re referring to tras being 21 and trc being 37: set those by following a BZ
video explaining why tras 21 should be set and, consequently, just focus on tightening trc) I’m not trying to be the smart-ass guy, I’m just trying to understand what I can improve, so please explain to me thanks! I don’t understand cuz this ram oc is stable (tested with 1usmus for like 25 cycles)
I’m kinda a newbie on ram oc, first started with Samsung C Die which was an hell to oc, and then this B Dies, which are the first ram where im seriously involved to oc. Thanks
EDIT: So, as of now, i tried to GDM off and 2T, but threw an error #4 after 1H and 15. By following Veii's spreadsheet, I managed to get through 25 Cycles of 1usmus by setting Rtts to disabled, 3, and 1. 0 Errors
Right now I'm testing the values you recommended: 0,89 on VDDP and 36,9 on ProcODT. Seems stable as of now.
EDIT: 0,89 on VDDP and 36,9 Proc is stable GDM OFF/2T. 0,88 VDDP and 34,3 isn't. Tomorrow i'll try 0,89 and the lowest possible proc.
Furthermore, I also tried to put the 1T in the last stable OC GDM off/2T, I tried to put the CADs that you recommended, to raise the VDIMM to 1.55(HWINFO shows 1.570 on DRAM), loosening some timings and raise the VSOC, but nothing, TM5 continues to throw out errors, mostly 6 (10 sec after the test begins, also more than 1), followed by 12 and sometimes 0. One thing i noticed is that i can only boot up GDM off and 1T with 52 as CmdSetup.
I'm starting giving up to be honest
Also, i was curious and tried various procODT on the OC i posted (GDM on and 1T) , and found out that 32 is the most beneficial one performance wise. Could you tell me why?
