VDD-Voltage 1.6V - 2.0V
V-Core 1.40V ~ 2.20V
VDIMM Voltage 2.50 ~ 2.90V
V-AGP 1.5V ~ 1.8V
Northbridge SPP Stepping A1 = C1
Southbridge MCP Rev A3
weitere Daten
"Attansic ATXP3
Jumper Free Over Clock Controller
FID, VID In/Out Put Pins
Up To 12GPIO
Auto-recover
Provide CPU Changing Detect Pin"
"BIOS version : 2nd Apr 2003. Phoenix BIOS.
Similar to the EPoX 8RDA+ BIOS, you can select System Performance to Aggressive, Optimal or Turbo and Expert mode. In Expert mode, you can configure all the ram timings and fsb frequency.
Memory Frequency can be set to 100% which mean 1:1 CPU:MEM ratio synchronously. As we use a AXP3000+ (Barton 400mhz model), we set it to 200Mhz for FSB and memory frequency to 100%. Ram timings are set to CAS2, 6-2-2 which is reasonably stable provided we pumped up the Vdimm voltages."
"Top Right Corner of the mainboard. From here we can see 5 PCI slots and 1 AGP slot. The on board audio codec used is Cmedia 9739Al. On the left of PCI Slot 5 is the WI-FI connector. WINBOND W83627THF-A IO Controller chip is seen on the corner of the board. A 3 phase voltage regulator design is implemented with +12v aux power connector for stable 12v line. At the back panel, there are 4 USB ports, 6 channel audio ports and 2 LAN ports (suppoted by Realtek and nVIDIA)"
