Kann man es sich eigentlich trauen mit ner normalen 8800GT (alter, schmaler Kühler) zu übertakten wenn die Temp ohne OC schon in 3D auf 93°C geht? ;)

also ich würde es nicht machen...aber stell doch mal die kühlerdrehzahl etwas hoch....weil 93 grad ist schon eine Menge!

@MariX Jo, bei mir ist es genau andersrum, beim Artefaktscan ist alles OK, aber in der Praxis :shot:. Welche Methode nimmst du? Die neue oder die alte?

kannst es ja mal machen, wenn es der graka zu heiß wird friert das bild ein und der pc hängt sich auf.

Dann wohl die neue, normal eingestellte Methode €:Artefaktscan. Irgendwo in den Optionen kannst du die alte Methode aktivieren.

Für mehr Saft empfehle ich dir das hier ;)

nee nicht neu :p noch der kleine Lüfter, aber hab nen Bios fix mal draufgespielt, wurde ja von Leadtek angeboten mit diesem Lüfter fix, vllt war das damit bei^^

€ achso.. ja jetzt hab ichdie alte, was bewirkt die mehr?

kann ich denn im NiBitor bei Extra mal 1.12 oder 1.13 V einstellen?

Die alte ist (zumindest bei mir) unütz, weil bei zu hohen Takt keine Fehler angezeigt werden, obwohl sie im 3dMark sofort abschmiert :fresse:.

Probiere ansonsten mal das Bios von hier
 
Achso, ja ne das Bios ist mir unsympathis :P würde lieber mein Bios nehmen, also von meinem Hersteller usw.. :P

in der HW Luxx steht, dass die normal 1.07 hat und mit mod dan n1.13 :)

würd das gerne irgendwie einstellen...also bringt es nichts wenn ich im table manager da bei extra 1.12 oder 1.13 V einstelle, dann damit flashen?
 
So habe heute meine Gainward Bliss 8800GT mit 1024MB bekommen.

Das erste OC des Speichers war ernüchternd 980Mhz ist so ziemlich das Ende (wohl ein Tribut an die 1024MB).

Dafür entschädigen der Core und Shadertakt: hier gehts auf 792 bzw 1890Mhz rauf (ohne Spannungserhöhung !)
 
SO wie ich es mitbekommen habe, kann ich mit dem Mod-Bios nichts anfangen, weil meine XFX 8800 GT nicht dem Referenzlayout entspricht.

Kann mir vielleicht Jemand sagen, wie ich mir selber ein BIOS zurechschustern kann mit dem Nbitor?

Ja - und parallel dazu im Rivatuner die Taktungen und Temps überwacht, da der G92 teilweise die Taktungen nur in Sprüngen vollzieht.

Benche (ausser dem schnellen Aquamark GFX: 41000 CPU: 21000) muss ich noch machen - habe ja auch noch meine neue CPU richtig einzustellen ;) .

Und die Lüftersteuerung des grossen Gainwardkühlers ist auch Top: Im Idle auf ca. 29% bei 40 Grad und während des Artefaktescans dynamisch ansteigend bis auf 52% und 64 Grad Miximum - richtig hörbar wird der Lüfter ab Mitte 50%

So mal erster 2006er Durchlauf (habe aber meine CPU und den Speicher noch noch nicht richtig auf Vordermann gebracht) - soll noch in Richtung 15000 gehen :

Hallo Leute!

Ich habe mal ne Frage bezüglich OC von NVidia Karten. Ich hatte die letzten 6 Jahre nur Ati Karten.. nun habe ich versucht meine neue 8800gt mal per RivaTuner zu übertakten.. aber dort werden die Taktraten nicht übernommen. Gibts dafür irgendwo ne Anleitung?
Mitm AtiTool 0.27er Version hats auch nicht geklappt. Es hat die Taktfrequenzen nicht erkannt. Nur itm AtiTool 0.2 konnte ich was einstellen.

Hat Jemand noch Tips?

Ach die läuft schon seit November 07 so und bisher alles tadelos. Kein Freeze, nix. Außerdem ist das von NV doch so ausgelegt. Läuft bei allen mit Standardkühler so. Sind ja bis 100°C ausgelegt.
Und eigentlich hab ich kein Bock an der Drehzahl rumzufummeln.
Ich werde mir vorher eh nen anderen Kühler holen auch wegen dem kommenden Sommer.

Hab fürn Lan pc jetz auch ne Gainward Bliss 8800GT 512 Mb.

Das absolute maximum ist 745/1782/1000 was mir ohne fehler 15 min. den artefactscan mitmacht...3d mark stabil geht schon mehr aber mit dem ATI Tool ist das bei mir das maxium.

Ist denk ich ganz ok der Wert oder?

Hey ich würde dir raten mal Assasins Creed zu zocken, wenn deine karte da keine fehler ausspuckt ist es ok. Assasins Creed geht mehr auf den VRam als z.B Crysis, bei mir läuft auch jedes Game mit meiner 8800GT aus der Sig. jedoch muss ich für Assasins Creed den Vram auf 900 MHz runter takten da er sonst mir artefakte ausspuckt und Freezt.
Das underclocking war bis jetzt die einzige lösung.

Von den Temps her kann es einfach nicht liegen da meine Gafikkarte im Maximal fall nicht über 46° kommt und der VRam nicht über 40° bei auslastung.

Ich weiss nicht ob dies jetzt am Spiel liegt oder ob es an der Grafikkarte liegt aber alles andere funzt tadellos übr mehrere Stunden hinweg.

Ich hab Assasins Creed für die PS3 ansich würds mich schon reizen aufm Pc auch nochmal zu zocken um zu sehen ob der Unterschied groß ist aber nochmal son haufen Kohle ausgeben..so reich bin ich dann doch nicht ^^
 
Hey leute also ich glaub bei mir funktioniert Riva Tuner nicht richtig ? oder doch ?

Hab mir die 2.09 gezogen, dazu ATI Tool 0.27 beta und mir die neuste GPU-Z version gesaugt.

Hab im Riva Tuner seit heut mittag immer mal im 10 minuten takt den takt von 600 auf mittlerweile 840mhz CORE takt angehoben ! AtiTool gibt mir keinen Fehler !

FOrceware ist die 169.21 !

Shader mittlerweile auf 2000 !!! mach ich was falsch ? Lüfter dreht bei 40% volllast sind hier nicht mehr als 84°C

Jemand ne idee ?

bei GPU-Z wird der angegebene Takt gezeigt 840 / 900 / 2000
 
Everest bin ich anscheinend zu blind ??? aber find keine Graka Takt ?!

GPU-Z zeigt mittlerweile 863core / 900ram / 2000shader

AtiTool Scanfor Artefacts läuft seit knapp 9 min ohne fehler...

edit: mal nach 12min abgebrochen und AM3 durchlaufe lasse um zu schaun ob vlt atiTool keine fehler bringt... aber läuft ohne probleme durch ... grml... GPU-Z, RIva Tuner beide zeigen den Gleichen takt an.
