I plane to buy 2x512MB PC4000 RAM,
but I can not decide what maker to choose:
1.A-Data PC-4000 Vitesta - 2x512MB
2.OCZ PC-4000 Dual GOLD - 2x512MB
My sistem will be i875 and I want to overklock.
Thank you in advance.

well, if you got money to burn I'd take both :)

testing them in pairs and then stick with the sticks which do better ;)

ps: from where are you?

k, don`t mind me asking, I was curious.

hm, if we assume that those A-Data Vitesta use the same pcb + chips as the first A-Data pc 4000 did then they should do about 275-280 with some extra voltage ;) like 3.2V Vdimm.
another plus is their low price.

OCZ on the other hand is quite expensive here in germany but their modules come with better timings guaranteed by OCZ / 2.5-4-4-7 / and do about as well as A-Datas with less voltage applied.

it depends on your board...if you take the epox 4PCA3+, the is no way around the A-Data, they seem to love this Board!

Motherboard will be
ABIT IC7-MAX3
or
ASUS P4C800-E DELUXE

oh yeah burnout, I forgot the factor motherboard.

sure, he's right :) if you choose to go with the EPoX 4PCA3+ you really should get the A-Datas.

I think ABIT or ASUS will be my MB.Epox have too low VCore

the rev 2.00 is availible at komplett.de.

This is the only I know where you get surely the Rev. 2.00
