Hello,
In order to ensure a stable foundation, we kindly request the following actions:
As part of our troubleshooting, we have prepared a test file that we would like you to print.
1. Carefully follow the cleaning guidelines outlined for the carbon rods, as detailed in the provided guide:
https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/general/carbon-rods-clearance
2. Thoroughly clean the printing plate using hot water and a detergent that is non-soap-based. Ensure a comprehensive rinse before re-installing the plate onto the printer.
3. Load PLA filament onto the printer as part of the setup process.
4. Download the model attached to this message and commence the printing process. Note that this model is pre-sliced for compatibility
5. For a thorough evaluation of the test print, we kindly request you to share a video capturing the cube from different angles, including rotations and views from top to bottom. It is important to acknowledge that surface wall artifacts are common in Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) prints, and their visibility may be influenced by lighting and perspective. Capturing footage from various angles will significantly enhance our ability to examine the outer wall surfaces.
The testing procedure is anticipated to take approximately one hour of print time and consume approximately 25 grams of filament. Following the receipt of the print results, we will evaluate the quality and provide you with additional insights on resolving any issues you may encounter. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Should you require any further assistance or have additional inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
X
